I am looking at getting a computer and I cant decide between 1333MHz or 1600MHz memory.

The motherboard is built for a Intel core i7 930 quad core.

Which is better?

That doesn't help. Determining ram speed is based on the motherboard's specs.

ATX is just a size, it doesn't effect what speed ram you should buy.

ATX is just a form-factor (like the actual physical size) of the motherboard. Nothing more.

Well going off that the 1600 is better.

I put a little more effort into google... and found that the 1600 IS better for that system, not by much but for 150* bucks more, I will go with that. Thanks though :/
