I cant get to sleep

Its six am here, I've been up for 42 hrs straight now and I still cant get to sleep. Anyone got techniques, and no, wanking one out before hand doesn't count, I tried that.

take a handful of Tylenol PM like i do every night. well not a handful but like 4 or 5. i usually get around 6 hours of sleep that way, but if i don't take anything ill be up all night.

I got seasonal allergies and yes benadryl kicks ass for that. I was also sick a while back (Bronchitis larengitis that shit) and I got this anti-hystamien because i was alergic to the antibiotics i got. Knocked me out for like 8 hours in a half an hour garenteed (It was some strong shit).

im actually allergic to benedril, i get a rash all over my body, and i get really weak. so i stick to tylenol and OTC sleep aids.

or if i get my hands on it, do a lil oxycotin.
