what do you drive?

Recommended Posts

I drive a 1993 suzuki sidekick 2 door, soft-top, white on white. interior is grey, 5 speed stick, 4x4, swapped the 1.6 litre piece of crap engine for a 350 small block chevy, currently in the process of replacing clutch and gear box for higher ratio and better shifting. last checked.. engine pushed 318 hp.. what it's got in the car, and what it's pushing now 3 month's later.. can't tell you.. stock rims (since it's a 4x4. using 30" wrangler ATA's, and a 3 body lift; side note.. done with hockey pucks :P) it's got 170k on the body, and 3 k on the engine, hardly broken in.

But Im getting another job at geek squad in february, already called me up, and with their pay I should be able to afford a sizable monthly payment on a new car, unless something else gets my attention, 09 challenger srt/8 here i come!

LAWLZ at the fiesta.. HAHA.. and i'll get pictures of the sidekick project. some more info.

Origional project car bought from a guy named stan in montreal on canada. had a 3 inch skyjacker kit installed (horribly botched job, done by an amateur CLEARLY) key point wasn't welded on for stability, when springs were maxed length, they offset, and lock under part of the body.. removed, and put in the 3 inch body lift(like i said, using hockey pucks) not sure what kind of tranny to use, upgrading rear axel from a modded jeep cherokee hopefully, taking it from my brother, not a clue what it is, just know it's stronger, and a tiny bit wider, may cause some issues, so need to look into a little more. currently no hood.. the engine bay had HARDLY enough room to fit the 350, (come on.. give it a break.. brand new the car had 80 hp and 94 torques) so the carburator took up too much room,a dn things lead to another.. and no hood.. that's enough for now.. LOL.. will get pictures when possible

I take it you've never driven one.

The euro fiesta is totally different from the american festiva or whatever. It's a real hot hatch.

I drive the shittiest car here :-0

1989 civic with a LS/Vtec built by me and a ys1 hydro trans.

Runs 12.9 with slicks.

Dude, that's a sweet ass car but take it from me: SAVE YOUR MONEY WHILE YOU CAN!!! You have parents paying the bills now, enjoy it while it lasts and save the money you make at Geek Squad for when you leave the nest. You have your entire life ahead of you to buy fast cars, you don't want to get hooked into a car note and insurance payment. I know $15/hour or w/e geek squad pays now sounds like a lot but when the reality of keeping up with the note and keeping a car like that on the road sets in, you may regret getting into it. If you really must have a muscle car, why don't you save up a couple grand, buy a classic Challenger that needs some work.

Sorry for spoiling the thread sounding so parental.

lol chronix and another car that's "about to be mine!!1!!!1!!!11!1"

/driving a Camry, dreaming of the 911 that will someday be mine.

I always dreamed of driving a vette, or a viper, or a ferrari, when I dreamed of being a orthodontist and rolling out that cash.

With my dreams (Reality) now, I will only be working on those cars. :(
