The first Stalker game scared the crap out of me my first time thru. The second one was eh.. The third was was scary, but not as much as the first.

I played Afraid of Monsters a while back. Even though I don't scare easy, there were a lot of creepy moments in that game. Too bad I ended up getting stuck and not knowing where to go so I just stopped playing.

Fatal Frame was a good one as well. It may have just been that I was younger when I was playing it, but fighting creepy as ghosts walking at you slowly with just a fucking camera led to some pretty scary times.
