Urm, insane, nifer has as much right to vote as the JCS do. Dont start with the attitude before you are even accepted.

Well nifer wasn't voting in the same way the JCS do. 3 yes votes from them gets you in, but others are allowed to comment on your app to share experiences and opinions about the applicant. This is done to assist the JCS in the decision making process. (Nifer's no vote probably won't shut you out, whereas a no vote from a JCS is a death sentence)
