get better RAM that's all I can say, maybe some corsair or kingston.

Also, your case is mid tower and you are trying to fit a gtx 285 in it LOL!!

Pick a bigger case for better air ventilation and more space. GTX 285 will fit in a mid tower but the room it takes is unbelievable. I would just recommend a bigger case.

i hate how people buy intel just because they think its better. granted its more popular and in some aspects a little better, but my phenom II x955 can do the same as an i7, just a Lot cheaper.

my 955 can hit 4.3 stable on air, (just like an i7) and could go higher depending on ram, mobo, cpu cooler, etc etc.

If i were you, i would get a better case. Its not the greatest idea to skimp out on a case. haven't really heard that brand before either and it looks kinda meh. id spend the extra 30 and get something nicer like this. your already spending 2k so i dont think itll hurt

GET THE i7 920 and an evga x58 sli board get the 300 dollar one

920 is better, and you can support dual x16 pci express 2.0 slots

also for a case i have 4 recomendations

1- atcs 840 (my fav)- 180 at some place, gotta removable mobotray, lotsa space, cpu acsess hole

2- Haf 932 - 140 really good if you dont care about dusting

3- antec 1200- 3 120mm fans in front. 5 in total, and a huge 230 i think on top, enough said

4-cm storm sniper, i like it 140 i think, but its got some nice feature i like
