purple shitz

hey i installed a weapons pack for garry's mod back in may or april and ever since then i have had glitchy water and glitchy walls in css. also recently i have had purple and black reflections. not solid colors but like ill see a wall and then a slight purple and black checked reflection, also on guns when there should be normal reflection. we i put reflection to simplest or what ever its called it resolves the problem. i wanted to know if there is any way to fix the glitchy walls and water problem or to fix the reflection problem.

This happens to me sometimes when I view demos with fraps running to record something.
