We can't do anything yet until we have all of our ducks in a row. We need to start keeping very strict records of all forms of funding, payments, and we need to start filing taxes. Up until this point, none of those have been done. If we report him before we start doing that, we would not only be putting him under investigation, but ourselves as well.

As soon as that shit's done, off to the IRS he could go. You can bet there's at least $12,000 in backtaxes he owes, and UV would get a 15% snitch fee for reporting him.
