We are still looking at our options, more than likely something is going to be done.

At the very least this is-

Grand Larceny (Obvious much?)

Credit Fraud (He was not 18 when he got that card, and de-frauded PayPal)

Fraud of a Financial Institution (He was not 18 when he opened the PayPal, and PayPal is FDIC)

Tax Fraud (Because he never claimed it on his taxes this whole time)

So he has a minimum sentence of 10 years, with a possible 45, and approximately $50,000-$75,000 in fines coming his way.
