If your shift button doesn't make you walk and you have something else binded to it, I would assume you would move your shift bind to some other key, right? You could just use whatever key you have it binded to.

You know the warden means walk, it's been my experience not to tip toe around the rules like that, because you always get killed by some retard anyway.

Baiting means being in, or extremely close (knifing range without running) to someone. It does NOT mean being close enough to someone to get knifed after they run after you. That is not baiting and those prisoners can be killed. If an admin slays you over this, tell them to l2jb and rage at them.
