Shippo paid for his own channel and for the ability to administrate it. He never purchased access to the User Editor, someone else gave that to him. Until I find out who, I'm temporarily removing his admin flag from ventrilo.

I thought we had moved past the point where a single person controlled nearly everything about UV. Clearly I was mistaken, since apparently P2 is able to give/remove Manager status at will.

Regardless of whatever caused this, I'd say it's useful in that it's revealed that all Managers are equal, but some Managers are more equal than others. That, or Junzou wants drama and posted this thread here rather than in the JCS/Advisor/whatever board. Given that Junzou doesn't strike me as a drama-queen personality, I'm inclined to assume the former.

All this being said, perhaps in the future the leadership (or a majority of the leadership, anyways) should make an effort to resolve internal disputes... internally. I don't think it's healthy to drag this out here into the public view - it could start too many flame wars, unfounded accusations, etc.
