Race Suggestions for WCS #1

Complete here are my two Borderlands classes, and I'm aware they're probably OP at the moment, Mordecai more so than Siren, so please add suggestions for edits. I would like to do Brick and Roland still, but the major barrier to Brick is the lack of a rocket launcher weapon, and to Roland is how to invent a Scorpio turret.

Mordecai the Hunter (60 levels)

1. Jakobs Fearsome Bessie - 10 levels - Spawn with the most powerful sniper rifle.

(10-100% chance of spawning with an scout, 0-90% extra scout damage)

2. Hyperion Crimson Nemesis - 10 levels - Hyperion provides its most advanced pistol for you on spawn.

(10-100% chance of spawning with a 57, 3-30% chance of 57 rooting an enemy for 3 seconds)

3. Trespass - 10 levels - Your skills as a sniper allows you to bypass shields.

(5-50% chance to ignore armor on a given shot with scout)

4. Bird of Prey - 20 levels - You've trained your Bloodwing to attack with you.

(1-20% chance to destroy 1-20 points of armor, 1-20% chance to set enemy on fire, 1-20% chance to crit, 1-20% chance to root enemy for three seconds on any given shot)

5. Relentless - 5 levels - You're an expert gunslinger and killer.

(5-25% chance of dealing 20-100% extra damage on a given 5-7 shot)

6. Ultimate:Bloodwing - 5 levels - Unleash the might of your pet Bloodwing.

(Automatically damages nearest person for 5-25 damage, plus special effect.

After level 1, no special effect. After level 2, equal chance of no effect or root for 5 seconds. After level 3, equal chance no effect, root, or set on fire. After level 4, equal chance no effect, root, ignite, or destroy armor equal to damage. After level 5, equal chance no effect, root, ignite, destroy armor, or explode like grenade. Cooldown is 28 seconds.)

Lilith the Siren

1. Maliwan Cobalt Tsunami - 10 levels - Spawn with the best elemental weapon.

(10-100% chance to spawn with UMP, 2-20% chance for each UMP shot to root for 2 seconds, 2-20% chance for each UMP shot to destroy 10 armor)

2. Mind Games - 10 levels - Control your enemies by dazing them.

(3-30% chance of freezing an enemy for 3 seconds on any given shot)

3. Phoenix - 10 levels - Your elemental prowess allows you to ignite enemies.

(Killing an enemy sets enemies in a 1-10 foot radius on fire)

4. Phase Strike - 5 levels - Assassinate your enemies, especially while invisible.

(5-25% additional knife damage, 14-70% additional damage while in Phasewalk)

5. Phasewalk - 5 levels - Activate the elemental powers of the Siren.

(Become 100% invisible for 5-10 seconds while only able to wield knife, any melee attack forces you to exit Phasewalk, cooldown is 36-16 seconds)

i think neve is the best, you can stop the people from moving when you shoot them, alot easier to kill people who's flying and jumping across the map..

Human alliance is good aswell, teleporting all over the map :D, love it

Dragon Emperor

Spawns with MP5 (MP5 Only)

10 levels per skill

1. Dragon Sword: A sword made from fire, ice and earth dragon scales. (2-20 percent chance to burn, bash, or impale an enemy)

2. Dragon Scale Shield: A sheild made from the strongest dragon scales. (5-50 percent chance to evade, plus 2-20 hp)

3. Dragon Flute (Ability): A flute that allows for the calling of dragons from the dead. (2 charges to revive all dead dragons on your team, cooldown of 20-10)

4. Dragon Signet: A ancient signet with the power to empower dragons. (gives 2-20 hp to any dragons on your team.)

5. Dragon Tooth: A dagger made from a dragon's jagged tooth. (6-60 percent extra damage with knife and -2 hp for 5 seconds.)

6. Dragon Mount: You ride a different dragon on every campaign. (10-100 percent chance to start with a mount that gives either 20 percent extra speed (Ice Dragon), 30 percent extra speed (Fire Dragon), 40 pecent extra speed (Wind Dragon), 10 percent extra speed (Earth Dragon), or 50 percent extra speed (Lightning Dragon).)

Ulti. Dragon Tamer: You can tame an enemy dragon and make it do your wheel. (After killing enemy dragon you have 5-50 percent chance to respawn it with it on your team for the remainder of that life.)

Zallum, Infinity Knight

Spawns with Para (the Machine Gun) (

5 levels per skill

1. Infinite Supply: You have an infinite supply of ammunitions. (Gives 1-5 ammo a second to main clip.)

2. Infinity Shield: You have infinte ammounts of armor. (Spawns with 12000 armor and 10-50 percent damage to armor.)

3. Infinity Dagger: You have a dagger that infinitly multiples damage against an opponent. (Each kill gives 5-25 percent extra damage while using knife. Only extra damage for the knife.)

5. Innate Ability: Zallum's Infinity Horse: Plus 20 percent speed.

4. Infinite Potions (Ability) : You always can use a potion to heal up. (25-5 second ability to heal 2-10 hp to max of 100 hp)

Ulti. Infinity Lance: You Charge forward on your Infinity Horse and stab into an enemy, causing massive damage. (2-10 second ultimate that gives you 1.8 speed and lets you do double damage with your knife (gets rid of Para while in it and gives you it again when you get out, also ejects you from it after hitting enemy))

Goliath, Earth Dragon [K]

5 levels per skill

1. Stone Scales: Your skin is resistant to all sorts of magic. (Not effected by extra damage, ultimates, ect. 20-100 percent chance on spawn.)

2. Hardend Scales: You have made your scales harder to reduce damage to yourself. (5-25 percent chance to evade, 10-50 extra hp.)

3. Bury: You force your enemies further into your domain. (5-25 percent chance to bury enemies.)

4. Stone Spike: You send your opponents from your element into the sky. (10-50 percent chance to impale.)

5. Grasping Earth: You slow your enemies down for long periods of time. (16-80 percent chance to slow for 5 seconds to .9 speed)

Ulti. Tunnel: You tunnel through the earth for short periods of time. (Loses weapons and regains them after ulti is over. 1-5 second of partial noclip except where you have to be underground otherwise it stops. Forces you out of the ground after ulti is over.)

Taiza, Lightning Dragon

6 levels per skill

1. Lightning Arc: You shoot a bolt of lightning that arcs from enemy to enemy. (Deals plus 1-6 damage and can bounce up to 5 times to nearby enemies.)

2. Lightning Storm (Ability): You call down a storm of lightning to damage all nearby enemies. (Deals 2-12 damage, has 120-30 second cool down, has 3 charges, and gives mini-stun that lasts 5 seconds. (mini-stun activating every .5 seconds)

3. Thunder Wave: You send out a wave of explosive thunder, blinding and deafening any enemy hit by it. (Gives Flash effect to enemy 6-32 percent of the time.)

4. Lightning Shield: You have a shield made of electricty that damages any who attack you. (Deals 1.5-9 damage to anyone who shoots you.)

Ulti. Lightning Dash: You gain a great ammount of speed for a short time. (Gain .7 speed for 4 seconds.)

Gale, Wind Dragon [K]

4 levels per skill

1. Razor Wind: You attack with razor like winds. (Deals damage based on if you are in air or on the ground. Deals 50 percent extra damage on the ground, 100 percent while in the air.)

2. Wind Walk: You move like the wind. (double gravity and .12-.5 speed)

3. Swoop (Ability): You dive at an enemy and attempt to grapple onto him and drag him into the sky. (60-15 second cooldown with the ability to teleport at someone and grab onto them for 5 seconds.)

Ulti. Aerial Ace: You can fly the quickest of all the other dragons, with barely a second between. (2-.5 second cooldown on teleport)

Cho'gath, Terror of the Void

Spawn with kevlar & helmet, restricted to knife.

1. Carnivore - 10 levels - Devour the bodies of the slain.

Lifesteal 10-100% of all knife damage.

2. Rupture - 10 levels - Rupture the ground to harass enemies.

When hit by an enemy, 30-60% chance to slow the hitting enemy for 3 seconds.

3. Feral Scream - 10 levels - Your terrible screams silence enemies.

Upon hitting an enemy, your enemies are silenced for 1-10 seconds and take 1-10 damage.

4. Vorpal Spikes - 10 levels - Fire spikes when attacking.

Whenever you attack with knife, a ring (like Undead suicide bomb) comes out and hits anyone within 2m for 10-20 damage.

5. Feast - Ultimate - 10 levels - Devour your enemies.

After using ultimate, your next hit within ten seconds will deal 5-50 damage and you will have 'feasted' which works just like skulls. For each time you have 'feasted' you will spawn with 2-20 extra health. You can carry up to six 'feasts,' and will lose one 'feast' upon death. The double damage does stack with Lich Bane, but does not affect the Vorpal Spikes AOE. 30 second cooldown.

7. Lich Bane - 10 levels - Equip yourself with legendary magic blades.

Additional 5-50% damage per knife attack.

8. Warmog's Living Armor - 10 levels - Protect yourself with legendary armor.

Spawn with 5-50 additional HP.

A tanky knife race, with no movement enhancements, and starting pretty weak. However, with every attack doing an AOE, a defensive slow, and lots of chance to restore HP, I think Cho'gath could well compete with gunners without being too OP.

Goblin Raider [Pistols only][30 levels]

1. Shiny!

10 levels - gain $100-$1000 per kill

2. Goblin Rampage (ultimate)(30 second recharge)

5 levels - For 2-7 seconds each kill you get refills you clip and each kill has a 20%-100% chance of renewing Goblin Rampage

3. Rampage Restoration

4 levels - During Goblin Rampage each kill your health is set to a minimum of 25hp-100hp

4. Rapid Rampage

6 levels - During Goblin Rampage your speed is increased 5-30%

5. Rampaging Reinforcements

5 levels- If you die during Goblin Rampage you have a 10-50% chance of respawning in the place where you died with all your weapons and armor

Charger (20 levels)

1. Brains

5 levels - 25% chance to gain 100% of the damage you deal with your knife as health

2. Zombies with guns...

5 levels - Mac-10 and p228 on spawn (20%-100%)

3. Strong arm

5 levels - increase knife damage 10-50%

4. CHARGE!!! (ultimate) (10 second recharge)

5 levels - For 2 seconds you run 250% faster when this ends you have a 20%-100% chance to make nearby(approx. 1 meter radius) enemies freeze( .5-1 sec) and drop their primary weapons. After your charge you move 50% slower for 8-3 seconds.

Kaizo Mario (5 skills / 20 levels)

lvl required 1000

1. Save States - You will need them to make sure you don't screw up.

(Respawn max 50% chance with guns and any nades. 2.5% per skill level.)

2. Powerup - You need every little help you can get to survive.

(Spawns with a random skill of the following list:

1. Burn opponents for 3 seconds at 25% activation rate.

2. gravity at 40% and speed at 120%

3. Invisibility at 40%

4. Disguiser

5. extra 30 hp and free kevlar and helmet.

The skill will activate at max 20% so 1% per skill level.)

3. Slow down - You need everything to move slower so you can easily get through it.

(slow enemy down to .5 speed for 4 seconds at max 20% chance. 1% per skill level.)

4. Wall Jump - You need to glitch those jumps so you can clear some areas.

(If possible, the second jump can be treated as if you were jumping from solid ground. max 10% chance to activate everytime you press jump. .5% per skill level.)***

5. Rewind - If the savestates didn't help, going back to an eariler state will help.

(Warps back max 10 seconds from your last position. Cool down time at 30 seconds.)

*** The second jump would activate by pressing the jump key. Think of it as it being similar to Scout on TF2 and his jumping.

Medusa (6 skills/ 30 levels)

you can think of a level requirement ;)

(Passive) Slither : you slither at a fast pace (gain .35 speed)

(6) Scales : adds 10-60 hp and 25-150 armour.

(6) Tail Whip : whip the enemy with your tail making them lose focus (4-24% chance to shake)

(6) Quick Movement : you are too fast for your opponent (5-30% chance to evade)

(6) Tail Impale : impale the opponent with your spike tail (5-30% chance to do more damage)

(6) (ultimate) Stone Stare : turn your opponent to stone with your hideous gaze (entangle opponents for 1.5-9 seconds)

and it would be cool to make the skin for the race just the same but pure green. You could make all of the %ges and stuff any number that you think would make it fair, i just put in thought up numbers. :)

Riot breaks so many other people's copyrights, and so do we. Silence on WCS stops people from using their ults, as I understand. I used to take Lich and Warmog's, now I take Nashor's and Rod of Ages instead. You're right that I should do someone better if I'm doing someone LoL.

what about a race with an ultimate that gets god mode for ten secs after a min into the game... but in return after the ultimate is over you die so its like a last stand kinda thing. maybe less than ten seconds if thats too much

Anyway, here is my new idea for a race, and my new attempt at a League of Legends character. The idea is that each ability "tier", you have to fully complete the tier before accessing the next one. The very last tier is a prestige tier, whose stats are based on the total level of the race. So, the first number is the skill, and the second is the tier.

All abilities are passive except the ultimate. All tier 5 abilities have no effect before maximum level.

I realize this may appear tl;dr.

Sion, the Undead Abomination

((Sion is restricted from all shop items except the movement enhancements))

0.1. Black Sorcery - 5 levels - Necromantic magic restores you to undeath.

Sion gets a 8-40% chance to respawn each of X times, where X is the positive score of Sion's KDR with a minimum of 1. So, if you are 20-5, you get to roll for respawn 15 times, with chance based on your Black Sorcery level - with a max BS level, the chance there of respawning 15 times is (1.07374182 × 10^-6).

1.2. Feel No Pain - 5 levels - Your zombie body has high sensitivity to pain.

Sion has a 10-50% chance to reduce incoming damage by 30%.

2.3. Cryptic Gaze - 5 levels - Your gaze stops enemies in their tracks.

Each shot has a 4-20% chance to stun an enemy for 2 seconds.

3.3. Death's Caress - 5 levels - You surround yourself with a powerful shield.

Sion spawns with armor, damage to Sion has a 10-50% chance to do 4-20% mirror damage.

4.3. Enrage - 5 levels - Violence increases your rage and will to destroy.

Each shot has a 10-50% chance to do an additional 4-20% damage.

5.4. Cannibalism - 10 levels - Ultimate - Devour the flesh of your enemies.

For 3-30 seconds, Sion changes his primary gun to a Para machine gun, and all hits restore his health for 100% of damage. Two minute cooldown.

6.5. Lich Bane - 3 levels - Enchanted weaponry makes your magic stronger.

At max level, doubles the chance of all previous abilities except black Sorcery, so all weapons do 20% additional damage, all hits deal 20% mirror damage, and all damage incoming is reduced by 30%.

7.5. Banshee's Veil - 3 levels - A magical shield defeats enemy sorcery.

At max level, every 30 seconds, you block an incoming enemy ultimate.

8.5. Black Cleaver - 2 levels - Your axe crushes the armor of enemies.

Each shot has a 30% chance to destroy 12 points of enemy armor.

9.6. Hextech Upgrades - 1 level - Black magic and state of the art technology.

A prestige ability. Your total level gives you health regen per second equal to your Sion level divided by 44. 100 per second would require a level of 4400.

I figured that out after I actually looked at the skills in game. Whoever did it is a slacker and doesn't know 'bout my General Knoxx.

It is D: i dont even 10 skills, teirs, decimal skills, wut.

+not to mention OP

You know how you can't get your ult until one skill is maxed or whatever? Same idea, but progressively in groups.

I might retool to drop a lot of the percentages in half, considering I just did the math on the ult's DPS, and it is scary. Very scary.

Here are a few more of my random ideas :3

Pandaren Brewmaster:

5 levels per skill

1. Drunken Haze: Cover an enemy in alcohol. (5-25% chance to cover an enemy in alcohol, slowing them to .9, and drugging them. Lasts 1-5 seconds)

2. Breath of Fire: Shoot a cone of fire at enemies. (4-20% chance to catch everyone in a undead lord aoe around hit on fire and 10 extra damage, if any of them are under effects of Drunken Haze double damage.)

3. Drunken Brawler: A chance to dodge and critical strike. (5-25% chance to dodge, 15% chance to do 30-150% extra damage

Ulti. Storm, Earth, Fire: Split into 3 elemental pandas. (Gain .05-.25 extra speed, 10-50 extra hp, and +1-5 extra damage a hit. Lasts 8 seconds. 30 second cd.)

Hybrid:

8 levels per skill

Knife Only

1. Warp Blade: Extra knife damage. (10-80% chance to do 15-120 extra damage.)

2. Experimental Shield: All damage to armor. (150% damage to armor, 100 armor, 1-8 armor regen every 4 seconds)

3. Wired Reflexes: Dodge HS's, dodge extra damage. (11-88% chance to dodge headshot, 12.5-100% chance to dodge extra damage.)

4. Iron Hide: Reflect and hp. (5-40% chance to reflect 10-80% damage. +5-40 hp)

5. Regeneration: Heal. (1-8 hp every 2 seconds.)

6. Enhanced Movement: Faster, jumps higher. (10-80% low grav, +.075-1.6 speed)

Ultimate. Void Walk: Teleport. (Human Tele. + 5-40%)

Master Awp:

5 levels per skill

Awp, p228, and knife only.

1. One Shot: One Kill. (40-200% extra damage on headshot. 100% proc.)

2. Muscle Memory: For those BS shots. (10-50 proc rate. +15 damage.)

3. Special Clip: A little something for those hard to kill bastards. (Ability: One use, gains 15-75 extra bullets in secondary guns clip, and 10-50 bullets in primary guns clip)

Ulti. Camping Crit: A crit for those objective maps. (20 sec cd, every second you gain a 5% chance to do double damage. Example, you activate ulti, wait 15 seconds after using ulti, you gain 75% chance to do double damage on your next shot. Only does 150% extra damage on p228.)

(name to be decided) 300levs (or more) (you cant buy shopmenu items)

you spawn random weapons and can only use those during the round (higher level better chance of better weapons) (this 1's prob hard)

chance to mole (given at lev 50 20% lev 100 30% lev 150 35% lev 150 40% lev 200 50% lev 250 55% lev 300 65%) or something like that

extra knife damage (100lev is 10 extra lev 200 20 extra lev 300 is 30 extra)

hmm i believe thats all the skills i want it to have

btw if your thinking this race pretty much sucks then good this was an idea to kill racewhores who have everything else maxed

Jack, Generic Adventurer

5 levels per skill

1. Class Selection: You can pick from a variety of classes. (Menu pops up with these options; 1. Barbarian (Spawn with 40 extra hp, shotgun, 60% LJ), 2. Rouge (75% invis, knife only, +.5 speed), 3. Archer (65% invis, spawns scout, +.3 speed), 4. Mage (Spawn p228, 2 grenades, spawns with 200 armor), 5. Hybrid (+25 hp, 45% LJ, +.2 speed, 50% invis, 140 armor), 6. Knight (+65 hp, -.05 speed, 200 armor, five-seven spawn) 7. Paladin (+50 hp, 10 hp regen every 5 sec up to 150, 10% damage reduction, spawn deagle) 8. Necromancer (Spawns mp5, 2 smokes, 4 flashes, +10 hp) 9. Monk (+.3 speed, +.2 speed, knife only), 10. Cleric (Heals 20 hp up to 100 every 5 seconds, spawns grenade and dualies, +15 hp to team on spawn). Gain options two at a time.)

2. Attack Skill: The damage skill for your class. Ability: reset ulti cd to 5-0, 6. gain 400-2000 cash on spawn, 7. Ability: set hp to 110-150 once per round, 8. respawn 2 teammates a round 20-100% chance on spawn, 9. 10-50% chance to disarm enemy, 10. Ability: Give 2-10 hp to team, 1-5 charges with 20 sec cd.)

5. Magic Item: A magical object that varies from classes. (1. Ulti. Reroll: You can repick your class. (Same as skill one except with 45 sec cooldown. ie. 2 options per level)

1. The Juggler- Juggle Grenades (spawn with all types of nades 25%-50-75%-100%)

2. Horrific Laugh - Shake your enemies with your laugh on hit ( 2 seconds, 3 seconds, 4 seconds, 5 seconds [100% proc rate] )

3. Chainsaw Juggler- More Knife damage ( 15%-25%-35%-45%-50%-75%-90%-100%) [100% proc rate]

4. Costume - A good clown always has a costume ( 10%- 25%-40%-45%) [Look like the enemy at the begining of the round]

5. Helium Balloons - Jump High ( 20%- 30%-45%- 65%-100%-200%)

6. Clown Feet- Run faster ( 25%-50%-75%-100%-250%)

7. Ultimate : Flower Petal - Shoot acid in their eyes for 2 seconds [blinds or darkens screen] ( 10%-15%-20%-30%-40%)

Lol yeah sure, I'm not sure the average percentages in game, I think if we could get better percentages it would be a not bad race.

Baal, Lord of Destruction

(5 skills, 5 levels)

1. Cold Nova - slow enemies near you (to 80% speed within 3-7 yards)

2. Festering Appendages - summon annoying tentacles (bash for 0.1- 0.5 seconds)

3. Summon Clone - distract your enemies (5% - 25% to avoid attack)

4. Nova - let out a ring of fire every few seconds (every 10 seconds, a 6-10 damage chain lighning)

5. Teleport - teleport ( Same as Tatsu Ice Dragon or someting)

Yes, the only reason I am doing this is because I beat Baal for the first time yesterday and I felt like making a race suggestion.
