The current admins don't know how to regulate a JB, thats the problem. They favor other members, especially the freekilling ones. Go into 187ci for an hour, then come back here. You'll see a huge difference in terms of quality.

We're currently working on an administrator education course. This should alleviate rule enforcement problems.

When August rolls around there should be a sizable number of new administrators monitoring the servers.
