question about paypal/purchasing admin

okay so i have prepaid visa cards and im trying to link them to my paypal account so i can purchase admin.

only problem is that the cards go onto my paypal but wont verify at all. which kinda leaves me screwed =[

so im wondering if anybody knows how to fix this problem?

edit: nvm i figured it out with cheesepoops help. if a jcs could move this to the trashcan please
