Counter-Strike Source Error Help?

I just got a error when i tried to launch Counter-Strike Source heres the error "SteamStartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf,0x0012E0E4) failed with error 1: failed to take master pipe connection lock" can anyone help?

Yes, restart, that sovles pretty much everything.

If not, re log in, log off, wait a min, log back in.

Then reinstall after that.

If none of those work, your buggered.

I'm not trying to be an ass but that's where I go upon any error.

Put "SteamStartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf,0x0012E0E4)" that in Google with the quotes. If that yields nothing try just putting in the error code and steam.
