Server Map RTV Tracker Incorrect

I'm going to need more details. Before the map change did it print the "[RTV] Map Completed. Next map will require 60% to RTV!" or whatever?

The only check for map completion is the end of the 20th round. If an RTV completes (even after the end of the 20th round), it will count as RTV'ing the map. If the 20th round completes without an RTV, there is no reason I see that it would print the "Previous map was RTV'd" text print.

Let me know some more details, especially if you see it again.

Memory is fuzzy now, it was at the end of a full 20 round de_westwood I want to say, when the next map (Office?) hit that's when the Map RTV requirement being set to 75 was seen and also why it was confusing because I didn't remember any RTV being said and we went through the normal map choosing process at round 17 or whatever.

Opened up the console, almost no chatter going back several deaths/rounds, none of the usual rtv spam (or any rtv at all) I would've expected to see from an RTV hitting.  Asked the people on the server over comms about it when we logged in and no one recalled an rtv.

Only thing I can think of is since it was so late if we had some people start to leave at the start of the end of round score screen and some people that stayed still had an active RTV logged and the requirement dropped enough to trigger the RTV starting during the final score screen, but I don't remember any chat notices about it. 

Will keep an eye out for it again.
