Secret creeper is where you put the terrorists in an enclosed room (solitary usually) and then choose 1 terrorist to get team-switched and time-bombed. The others have 10 seconds to knife that person until the bomb explodes and everyone dies. Most of the time that team-switched person blows up.

The vast majority of the time, the creeper died, even when they had 500 or 1000 hp. Terrorists are really good at knifing.

the all ts freeze part is from css when taking over warden =\ don't know if it got carried over

btw if you think about it saying freeze without saying no detour or delay means they can go any where they want before actually freezing >_>
