White listed the commands, certain maps won't work with it though.

Apparently, the maplist has been updated to show this, but not the changelog. So why was deathrun, supertower, and wl multigames removed.

Maps that are buggy because of current settings:
mg_hypercube_cg
mg_jacs_multigame_r

mg_twisted_theme_multigames_v1
These maps use the func_physbox but cause the player to bounce on it or even phase through it.

Doesn't look like it worked, I have a list of the maps that need the commands changed. So we can always change it for each map.
Edit:
Looked at the maps a little bit more, the commands that they send are; sm_cvar phys_pushscale, sm_cvar phys_timescale, sm_cvar cs_enable_player_physics_box, sm_ar_enable, and say. So it looks like sm_cvar would have to be whitelisted, since it's a locked cvar.

From what I heard last time setting it globally tends to make some maps buggy last time. Most the maps that require it have a server command in the map to change it, so adding it to the bspconvar_whitelist.txt should let maps have it enabled without needing to change the global settings.

Minigames such as soccer need this enabled in order for it to work right, otherwise the ball just sits there unmovable.
Half of course maps have broken times.
