    This is probably gonna be resolved quite soon, whatever happens, happens but I think Murs should get a slap on the wrist and at least be held on some sort of shorter leash or a ban.

     

    EDIT: Any RDMs by either Kiwi or Murs, I will be treating in a different manner, one that is stricter, due to the other player's responses to this issue and the proof that has been brought to the table.

    Murs is one of the coolest regulars on the server.

    Seriously, shut up. You have hardly been on the server (from what I have seen) and can't say much about the issue. Due to you not being on, you don't even know/hardly know Kiwi, who he is, or how he plays. Don't say shit if you don't know shit.

     

    Just because someone is a regular doesn't mean they are above the rules, if they legitimately broke the rules, they should be punished.

    DOUBLE EDIT TO MURS: I know a lot of people who demo while they play, and it's a very smart idea and I think you should do it, especially because of the way you present yourself and act on the server.

     

     

    Ive seen kiwi "rdm" as much as murs does. but in the photos above, you left out quite a bit of explanation kiwi. you both dont like each other and you both rdm it would be unfair to see one of you get banned and not the other because you both have broken the rules just as much. 

    This may/may not be true, but Kiwi has brought proof to the table yet there is no proof of Kiwi RDM'ing in the slightest.

    I'm not gonna lie, Murs does seem guilty here.

     

    Picture 1: Could be considered a bait, but really the Magneto Stick doesn't look like a bat. Has the same shape but is smaller, black (instead of the obvious silver), and most likely you would've been dead if they did have a bat.

     

    Picture 2: I doubt he threw a chair because if he did, and it did damage, it would show up in logs.

     

    Picture 3: From the time stamps, I doubt Corbek called Kiwi out because right after Kiwi died, Corbek began killing Murs.

     

    I think this is worthy of a small ban considering Murs has not brought any proof to the table to defend himself while Kiwi has brought a considerable amount of evidence that does point to Murs legitimately breaking the rules. I can vouch for the other player that have said they both break rules, more Murs than Kiwi from what I have seen. Murs also does act like an asshat almost 24/7 though.

    Pretty sure it's still in an Alpha/Beta state so I'm sure they'll fix it.

     

    I would have to agree with this, The server itself takes up a shit load of resources.  If you add dayz, the other servers will more than likely suffer.

    DayZ probably wasn't the issue, ArmA 2 was. ArmA 2 itself is a resource hog so it could be different in the standalone.

    if you ever try it again it might be a nice idea to think about "DayZ Origin", simply the mod of a mod or DayZ with some more very nice features like tuning cars, some human npcs and building houses (and some more stuff).

    but im not sure if you can have set a dayz origin server on an own root server, in the past you could only buy them on an other server.

    Origins is fucking terrible. You have to wait at least a minute to spawn in when it should be instant, you chose where you spawn, and the map is way too damn fucking big for a PvP environment (All the PvP takes place in 1 or 2 places). Breaking Point is better but DayZ, no matter what version/mod of the mod you play it gets boring and dull.

    We were playing around with someone in jail and he told me to shoot them, I fired 8 times and it turned out he was inno.

     

    To be honest, i have no idea what the hell you're talking about here. The maps that this took place on were Rooftops and Niper House. Neither of those have a jail.

     

    You honestly should not have admin, you were called out because it looked like u threw and incin.. Not something I should be warned for in the first place.

     

    It was less than 5 seconds into the round and you weren't even near me. Also, false callouts break the rules so I can slay and warn you.

     

    You also have been a fag when no one else is on rdming me when we were both traitors and such.

     

    ^What? Like seriously what? I'm hardly ever on when there is nobody in the server, usually when I'm on there is a fully populated server already there. I kill you for legitimate reasons, hence why I am never slayed for "RDMing" you. I assume the "RDM" took place before I was given SO again because today is the 2nd time I saw you on the server after I got SO again. The first time I was on for ~10 minutes and then left.

     

    The first ban I got I will admit was a rage quit rdm, the second one was an accidental rdm.

    The warnings were legit. You broke a rule every time I warned you.

    i like how all of his bans are for rdm, is there not a rule that if someone is banned 4 times in a row for the same thing they get permad or something ?

    The bans have to be over 30 minutes. He has one Karma ban and Cows unbanned him for some reason so technically he only has 2 bans.

    I've seen it, but that tells me nothing. Clearly something is not working, because I was not hacking. If there a way to do a test or verify what the hell is going on? I've been using Steam for 4 years, and this is the first time anything like this has ever happened.

    Is it in any way possible to see if someone changed their name to KAC and then banned me? Please, investigate this in any way possible.

    No, all admins are recorded by Steam ID and are labeled by their usual name in Source Bans. KAC actually banned you, it was no admin of this community.
