I think this should be put in place.

The engineers should write a script where you must have 1-2 hours of alive game play as a terrorist to play as a ct. This will mostly prevent retards, freekillers, etc. I saw it in a different server and I thought it was pretty smart.

I dont think you understood. Theres 2 versions. The new version is fine. But I think the old one is still there, and everytime its voted. EVERYONES client crashes. I've seen people re-open c:ss right after mine crashed aswell. No coincidence when it happened twice.
