  1. Race Name: Van Helsing

    Inspiration: Take a guess

    Max Level: 25

    Required Level: 2000<

Weapon Restrictions: Only Deagle (up for debate)

    Item Restrictions: No 50 clip

Honed Instincts: You have a lot of experience in battle. [Evade, 3% per skill up to 25%] (8 points)

Crossbow: Your favourite weapon [Your damage goes up massively, but you must reload after every shot, maybe double damage?] (1 point)

  2. It's gay as fuck, there are two people that play LOTP with only shotgun. I say if you don't fix that shit, at least restrict shotgun on the fucking race, perma bury is gay as fuck especially when you are trying to do obj, get buried, still kill him, and then cant fucking move.

This. Period. As much as I normally don't mind Mimic-esque shenanigans, having one shotgun shot fuck you over for the entire round is too much, especially when even killing the lord of the shit doesn't help you.

  3. I was playing on another server and one of the admins whipped out a command that basically redid the teams, distributing players with the best scores across the teams. I was wondering if it's possible to insert a command like that for admins, but also apply a voting capability similar to voteban or votekick that would redistribute the teams, hopefully evening them out a little. Just thought it might be handy, given how often teams end up stacked out the ass.

  4. Ignoring making out and other minor acts, my first was when I was 17. I visited my brother (then a sophomore at College) and met his fraternity big's little sister (a big is basically an older kid in the frat who kinda mentors their little). She was my age and had no interest in being there for sibs weekend so we ended up just wandering around campus all weekend. On the last night we ended up doing it, though I'm still not quite sure why. Mostly boredom I guess.

  5. Based loosely on the Magic Seal in Fire Emblem: Rekka no ken. Basically a race that's all about countering other abilities.

Knife/gun/pistol is up in the air, though I'd figured gun.

Probably upper thousands or 2000 for required level.

    [Max Level 41]

    Skills:

Spell Immunity - (Ultimate Immunity, 100% chance at all ranks, radius increases per rank) [10 Ranks]

Silencing Aura - Aoe Slow to 1.0 speed (area increases with rank, kind of like Soul Reaper's) [10 ranks]

Durability - Gain health [10 Ranks] (10 hp per rank)

Magic Counter - Reflect some of every spell cast at you (mirror damage) [10 Ranks]

Ultimate: Sealed Zone - Disable all enemy abilities on the map for 5 seconds. (Basically makes it normal Css for 5 seconds for the other team) [1 rank, requires level 40]

I'm not sure if coding the ultimate is possible, so lemme know if not.

Thoughts, criticisms, thinly veiled insults welcome.

  6. I'm a bit of a bookworm, so this might take a while, but here goes:

My all time favorite is Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov, which is essentially a hebephile's memoir on life, but very interesting

Jim Butcher - Dresden Files and Codex Alera, both excellently written

E.E. Knight - Age of Fire, Great series, revolves around dragons if that's your thing

Naomi Novik - Temaraire series, again, dragons but an excellent alternate history / fantasy novel

Terry Goodkind - Sword of Truth: 11 books at like, 900 pages each, it's a long but rewarding read

Ken Follett's Pillar's of the Earth is a great Historical fiction, and pretty much anything by him is interesting

As for other books that I love/ recommend: The Road, Blindness, Catch 22, anything Terry Pratchett, Starcraft: The Dark Templar Saga (excellent trilogy by Christie Golden), and I could keep going but I'm too lazy to.
