I really would be into creating our own mod... perhaps a war3-like level up system, which you can choose to increase craft/resource gathering speeds, etc.?

 That would be a nice addition, but it also would not completely take away the grinding aspect of the game. As far as a tp mod imo those ruin the game since you could be trapped and have 4 people tp to you and then easily get away. I'd love a rust server but im not sure how much I'll be able to play on it due to my toaster. Last time I tried to play rust I got less than 10fps

Soul reaper can have health kits for an expertise to double the ult damage :3

The last thing Soul rapist needs is another expertise.

its not an ultimate its a passive ability.

Every time the server switches to crossfire I get booted with a failed download.  >.<

 Try going into your csgo folder and manually deleting the map from there. Then rejoin the server while its on that map to download it again. This has work for others in the past with the same issue but on different maps. 

A race that acts more of like a support role throwing the nades around to reveal enemy positions would be cool. Also the medkits could be used for races such as master sniper that have a ult that heals them(only heals for 25 so if possible medkits would need to be nerfed). These new additions would be awesome for war3 though. 

Archimonde ult gives it a awp on second round, people like leeroy have been abusing it as well.

Yes cause who doesnt like being disarmed from across the map by someone you cant see. KJ shouldnt have gloves back it only needs 1 nade.
