  1. I honestly think it should stay restricted. Pretty much an infinite amount of fire nades for something that is completely invisible and can get nearly anywhere is op, with or without its skill. Just because you want it, doesnt mean everyone does.

     

     

    Also if people are hiding out just to spam the ulti, report them. Last i checked its against the rules to do that.


  2. I like it how it is now. the AOE just basically gave you free kills of people you really didnt know where they were or never even knew they were there. You may not like that you cant use it through a solid object, but the thing is most of those solid objects can be moved out of your way. I could easily make a big fit about the fact stalker's explosion is alot better then all the others, but i dont because i actually learned how to better use the death boom to kill people who i know are there and it made me a better player.

     

    TLDR, use the LOS and dont complain that NE isnt as easy as you want it to be.

    I personally liked the idea of not having a race whore script, since it goes with the theme of the server being more "hardcore."

    but yet you will still end up with people playing on a race you want to level but cant cause they are on it. It is kinda needed to stop people from preventing other's progress.


  4. How about a more strict race whoring, to encourage maxing all the races but you can whore an unlimited amount when 100% maxed?

    More Strict as in 2Kdr or if you get 10 levels over max its locked till you get 100%.

    That, honestly sounds very stupid. How race whoring is handled currently works just fine as is. You get kicked off if someone who is a lower level in it plays, or if your k/d hits a certain point. You still get to use the race.

     

    What you are suggesting is really just punishing those who actively use and love a specific race.


  5. I saw an issue with Shopkeep. Picking up a M4A1-s has a random chance to turn into a M4A4 on next round or respawn. I had it happen to me 3 times, and every time the M4A4 would have a name with it like CT Persons's M4A4. It also doesnt look like what the persons M4A4 looks like if they have a skin.


  6. I didn't remember to add the speed and jump (Whoops) But I was going to suggest giving it the same mobility, but with longjump. 

     

    The molotovs are more to fit the race, because it's not just a random ass knife race like some other ones on server 1. 

     

    The flashbang is sort of it "Heres the reason to play me now" If you're being leftclicked with that going on it'll be a death of a thousand cuts, no reason to nerf it if we're trying to make them unbalanced

     

    As for your other buffs, they work fine. 

     

    For reference I have a level 90ish flame pred.

    Mine is around 40 i think, its usually my go to when ever i finish up my ROTD unless i'm leveling.

     

    Maybe mix both the long jump and the high jump it already has? cause i'm rather attached to its high jump. (I might play it like hidden)

     

    I honestly wouldnt like it for just molotovs, if it was for all around fire I'd prefer it. Hence why i suggested just everything reduction. More people would jump to playing it for it being all around, or just having the down right reduction.

     

    I'm still iffy about the flash, I do agree it would be nice to flash someone if you get the drop on them, but it just doesnt seem as fun as something like shake to me.


  7. Hell, Molecule easily counters it. Though i have seen spicy use it before, might have been cause of a whore switch.

     

    Plus, so many people complain more about other races, like Zerg and Night Elf, then they do marine. Hell the only complaint i've seen about marine is about the people who constantly shoot.


  8. I found marine to only be annoying when you get that one guy who does nothing but hold the shoot button down. So basically you'd end up not being-able to tell if someone is running up to you, or shooting at you cause of that guy.


  9. I do agree with Cat. Brew does need some skill to use well, its armor and evasion are really what makes it a pain in the ass. Also, a simple priest can easily kill infected with a pistol. Infected is kinda aweful compared to other knife races. Ie fun to use but alot harder to get a kill cause everyone will focus on you.

    Any who on the subject of knife races, the savages backstab doesnt seem to get its bonus damage even if it tells you that you get it in chat. Dont know if thats intended or not, but it is slightly annoying if you backstab something with more then 153 hp.


  10. Well, i've actually got the drop on one with an sg and found out around 2 headshots and extra damage wont down right kill it. The person will usually respond faster and kill you first. Though its staggered damage to it sometimes will end up letting you kill it long after you die. Found that out with Molecule, as i killed a brewmaster long after i died with my static. They are killable with most races using extra damage, but too many on a team did make it too stacked to win. From what Thorgot said its down to 2 now making them alot easier to handle.


  11. Inferno Predator [K]

     

    Ultimate : Passive AoE deals 100-200 damage through walls with current distance of flame predators

    Passive 1: 15%-50% chance of disarming opponent

    Passive 2: 30%-50% chance of flaming opponent, causing them to have the flashbang effect briefly and hitting them for 5 damage per second

    Ability: For 2-5 seconds spawn a molotov fire beneath you

    Passive 3: Immunity to molotov fires 

    Passive 4: 10%-60% increase on knife damages

     

    Basically just a ridiculous Flame Predator

    Well, i use flame pred alot, and you really just gave it 3 sorta ok abilities. These will be my opinions for a beefier flame pred.

     

    First off, its current Ulti is actually stronger the what you suggested, maxes out at 300. Going through walls, i doubt much people would like that even on a second op server, a better buff would be up to 400 with maybe a 10ft increase in range.

     

    Next, up that disarm, its around that same % now, so go up to like 60-75% to make it more viable in against classes that do massive damage with specific guns.

     

    You did good on its burn, but that flash bang effect can cause alot of complaints, a shake would prolly fit better. If you are on fire you will be flailing.

     

    Now lets go to the new 3. It would benefit more from an overall dmg reduction over immunity to molotovs.

     

    For an ability, its a predator, why not give it a way to track a target? Lets say, revealing a person to the predator for some time while causing a 1 dmg burn during the time. (has to have seen the person first and hit them with the skill)

     

    Honestly, extra damage might be good, but you basically removed its mobility for it. It needs speed and its jump to get around to get to targets, extra damage doesnt always matter when you have a speed advantage.


  12. Like they said its really up to you. When i started i just switched between the starters to figure out which i liked more, i settled on Undead for a while, life steal and its death explosion is a good plus.

     

    Btw, if no one has told you yet, bind 'say buy tome' to a key. I would have killed to know that when i was the new noob.


  13. I like the classes with around 30-50 levels, they feel more personal that way cause you actually have to learn what to do with it.

     

    Though, i'd honestly like to see a lower bomb timer, like 30 seconds maybe? Gives ct enough time to get to the bomb site, but not too much so they dont feel obligated to focus on disarming it. I've seen ct lollygag around the site to try to remove all T's and have the bomb go off cause no one bothered to disarm it.


  14. Idea to go with the flow~ Stats can be changed as wished, just going off of what she does in the actual game and tried to balance her. Was going to do creep tumors, but i had no idea how to make that balanced.

     

    Brood Queen: uses a galil ar with 15 round magazines.

     

    Spawn: [Attack] Uses HE Nades to leave a hidden larva zerg in the ground. Causes poison effect to anyone who steps on it .5-2.5 per sec for 10 sec. If killed by the larva another 'spawns' out of the dead player. Gives a larva 'nade' every 30-10 seconds. Cant buy HE nades.

     

    Burrow: [Active] Hides underground, moves 80% slower due to her size, surfacing causes a 2 second delay where she can only move.

     

    Superior Genetics: [Passive] Grants extra speed 20%-60% that degrades the more rounds she survives gaining 5-10 extra armor per round she survives. 5%-10% extra damage reduction when armor is above 100, gains more reduction (5%-10%) at 150 armor.

     

    Zerg Adrenaline: [Passive] Buff nearby teammates with increased damage 1-6, greater buff to fellow zergs (x2), doesnt effect humans. Gives her weapons a chance to deal an 'acid' DoT .5-1.5 per sec over 6 seconds.

     

    Transfusion: [ultimate] Sacrifice some armor and hp (20 of each) to massively heal (60-125) points to a friendly unit in line of sight. 45 second cool down.
