    As I recall, I've went through the MOTD multiple times for various reasons:

    "3.Admins are advised to give a maximum of "5 x $16000" of money per map between all of the admins that are currently online. This means if I am playing online and give $16000 that leaves "4 x $16000", then if admin Bob gives $16000 that leaves" 3 x $16000" to go. Giving $16000 cash every 6th round would be the ideal, but some still prefer every 10th round (like myself). Although it is up to personal preference as of when you give money, it is still illegal to spam sm_give within a short time. Also note that in NO way does this mean that admins are required to give cash every 6th round or even at all." - Link

    Whereas sm_give was replaced with sm_setcash which was replaced by sm_cash (/cash, !cash).

    If I recall correctly, the only rule on cash spam was stating "Cash can only be given 5 times a map."

    MOTD "ADVISES" you to give cash every 6 rounds or so, but there's no definite rule about it.

    Cash is a privilege, not a right.

    Thank, you That's what i saw, I never saw the 6 round rule, It won't happen again, and water, I was always told that the JB 60% passing rule didn't carry over to WCS, But I may have been told wrong.

    Guys seriously. This cash spam shit is getting out of control. I see absolutely NO reason why you have to hit it five times in one round as is. Chances are you're probably just using it for yourself which is fucking stupid. I'm probably gonna have to see if we can put something in that restricts it to giving every so often, cause you guys are being stupid with it.

    I'll cool it with cash spams, It won't be done anymore, I'll do it every 7th round or so, I'm sorry if i seriously caused any harm in doing this, But I didn't think anybody would have a problem with it, No-one in the server told me that they didn't want it done, So it was done, I'm sorry.

    Okay, I always clear it with the community in the server before I give cash more than once. When I do leave after cash spam, it's because I'm going to bed, or dinner and the community welcomes it. Montgomery complains about giving cash during maps unless it's at the end of the map, when in fact we were just on Office, he said "cash nr" in Voice Chat. So there is some bias against me for some reason from him. The thing you brought up about voting is not true, when I do cash spam votes they are by and far won by a LARGE margin. No one complains because everyone wants cash, everyone has levels, everyone wants weapons. My brother said to Monty that I could just start a vote for cash if the community wants 5x cash after Monty said not to give cash mid-map(he wants it done near the end). When he spams cash, it's all within a split second, so noone even gets more than one 16k. Which could be unfair because if his script for spam cash included a shopmenu buy between each 16k, he could get 5 tomes while everyone gets one.

    Like bullet said. Admins have hidden admin commands. It's easier to do the hidden commands then !gag command so the chat box won't be spammed with the command.

    may be a little oftopic, but I do it in JB because it keeps the chat a little bit neater for the games and such, Seems like a good idea

    Legalize, I gagged you because you had a major attitude to many of the players, and I got tired of it, You rejoined to avoid the gag, and I Banned you for that, Soviate witnessed all of it, I'll see if i can get him to post, You weren't the only one gagged.
