Uh...well, yes, I suppose that would be true. If their machine is somehow so slow that they themselves do not have ~0 ping, yes, everyone would lag. The host in a listen server typically gets zero ping, though... If they don't, low ping for other players is probably the least of the concern.

Are you saying that your machine is the sole purpose of ping lag?, bandwidth is mostly the cause of non dedicated server lag .

I usually go onto vent to talk to people I want to, or that are in the same server as I am. I don't go onto vent to get dragged to another channel and to talk to people that I have no fucking clue who they are. It's common sense: If I don't go into your specific channel, it means I have no intention of talking to you. If you need to talk to someone in a different channel, go to him/her. If everyone in your channel wants to talk to a specific person, go to his/her channel and ask him/her for permission to be moved, or move them and move them back. I doubt anyone goes into vent to listen to you or your friends spam and giggle about random shit.

I believe long-barrel firearms are the only ones you're allowed to walk around with. Rifles and the such. Handguns, as far as I know, are still illegal due to their extreme ease of use and how easy it is to hide it on one's person. It's pretty much the same reason that switch-blade knives and butterfly knives are illegal. They're easily consealed and can be readied very quickly. A rifle is large, obvious and, to my limited knowledge of firearms, takes longer, if only slightly, to ready.
