    Well, from what I've gathered now, it seems like whatever happened with EV completely blocked me from it, so all of the immunities that I had at the time were removed. Therefore, you were legitimately able to kick me. Not sure how that's possible, but apparently EV is fucked up as it is. Not that it'll matter given that Gmod 13 is coming out soon, but it does mean I was in the wrong.
    As for your ban, you threatened me before hand, which instantly lead me to believe that you had done something to my EV admin, but I couldn't view it because it was something within the EV menu. I couldn't use any commands, do anything with it, so I banned you in an attempt to keep you away while I tried to fix it. Clearly I was wrong, and your ban has since been lifted; not that I was going to keep it as it was. I was planning on unbanning you prior to the incident as it were.
    tl;dr: I was in the wrong. Go figure.
