I would suggest instead of a Pig, an spider would be really nice, other than that, the map is great.

If you cannot see names usually pressing escape twice (to go into the pause menu) will allow you to see the t's names. Thats what I do when it happends.

Yeah but once you get it done, at around 20 y. You are the best base, and it is unpenetrable. If this is a long term server, double up the obsidian and make it bigger

it just depends on how much you care about it.

Most (If not all) faction servers have an obsidian breaker plugin for this exact reason. It would be far to overpowerd.
