First off, your evidence is rather shoddy as anything other than vocal evidence, all it gives proof of, video wise, is the blinding. Your quality is, quite frankly, shit, and even with you highlighting things I cannot read that. Screenshot of logs would be lovely. Also, if you're going to do a video, start the video up a bit sooner. Like before punishment.
Number two, your video actually points back at you, as Nom Noms clearly states that he's doing this because you lied, and there's even a moment where he explains everything involved in his decision making process.
Number three, Rapid edits do not a good case make.
Number four, as someone who was there right when you did start recording and as punishment happened, nothing I saw was done incorrectly that wouldn't have been done on another server. You lied to an admin about something, he chose a unique punishment. Would you rather have been insta-banned?

Honestly, should have gotten logs and earlier recording, would have made it so much easier for you to prove that Dog never did that.

They can be, but they aren't always. I don't understand or agree with the concept that something being made for a profit precludes it from being art. I also don't think that you can really say that all games could be said to be made to appeal to the lowest common denominator. There are games that make huge profits and have cult followings that don't even come close to falling into that category.
Indie games aside (which would be the biggest counter to that idea), take a game like Dark Souls. The average person who plays CoD and Madden on their 360 pretty much exclusively would probably hate it, yet they still see great business.

Two guys had an arguement, and they both decided to solve who was right with a gunfight. One student and one faculty member were hit (one in the leg, the other in the ass), while one of the two was hit and went down. A fourth person had a heart attack on the scene. The one shooter who was still active fled, and he was quickly apprehended.
I will go ahead and give major praise to Mark Zaragosa. Don't personally know the guy, had some friends talk about him, but he showed tremendous guts rushing out there to help the people who got shot at risk to his own life.
You know, when it's not in your neck of the woods, this news is terrible. When it happens at your own school, it's a bit of a shock.

Hey guys, we want to make sure that our streets are as safe as possible for you and your families. Therefore, we aren't going to let you have a weapon with more than 7 rounds, and we're going to make sure that the police have the same problem too because we rushed this bill in without looking it over! Seriously though, I would give more props to Gun Control advocates (on the basis that some of the arguments are fine), if they weren't so freaking stupid about how they went about doing it. Everyday I sign on I am flooded with messages of RDM and other stupid shit to the point of complete stupidity. Most of them resolve into a simple misunderstanding that neither party wanted to listen to at first and others are just randoms that come in with the sole purpose of ruining the game experience. A BIG FUCKING PART OF THE "RDM" ON THE SERVER come from people who are traitors who can't seem to pay attention to things happening around them. So when they that person or persons die the only, "Let's spam the mic and admin chat until the admin hears us!" shit begins.
It starts with trying to handle everyone's complaints and GOD FUCKING FORBID you miss one or someone is still "not happy" so begins the constant attack on the admin for the way the problem was resolved. It's one FUCKING DEATH over one FUCKING ROUND that there will be plenty of. I hear from many about how I am a bad admin and that the rest of the TTT admins should be removed from randoms and regulars daily....
Frankly, I'm tired of it. Learn to pay attention and act like most of you have a fucking brain. I know that is asking a lot of an online multiplayer TTT server but maybe shit should change.
To be honest I have debated about ever posting a topic like this as I do not like to post on the forums. I have learned that if you have nothing to say or nothing of value to add then don't say anything at all and I like to follow that ideal, even on the forums.
So I leave you with this. If you have a problem with me and how I handle things please LET ME FUCKING KNOW. I will gladly talk to you as a respectable adult but I SWEAR TO FUCKING GOD if you are just going to complain and whine over one fucking death in a video game. Please... just go. There will be more rounds I PROMISE. Don't end your life because you were killed in a video game... or you know what if it means that much to you and you must complain everyday about it go ahead and do what you want. Maybe that is a bit harsh but I feel that no one else will be if this keeps up.
