  Sorry I didn't realize you were talking about the Gmod servers. I believe you do have to be approved by Zach before you can purchase it. My apologies.

  If interested in becoming a admin on the server there are a couple ways to do it.
  
  Purchase it from the store here
  
  Apply for sG membership and after playing actively on the servers for a year you can get admin
