The Diagram itself proves that it isn't even a pyramid scheme.
If it was a pyramid scheme it would be a straight line down. You would have to build a second leg yourself.
You constantly have to work on both legs of the binary system. You can deny it all you want just don't discourage people who know better than to listen

This is from BK Boreyko to a blogger who assumes Vemma is a part of the pyramid scheme.
"I read your blog, you make a couple of awesome points if you were talking about typical MLM companies in our space, but are way off when it comes to Verve. You state ‘exuberantly high prices’ when you talk about products in general, but at $2.83 for a can of Verve, around $3 bucks delivered to your door, even you have to admit this isn’t out of line. If you ventured into a Circle K or 7/11 and bought a can of Red Bull. you’ll see a $2.99 price point. With our competitors, you’re getting pretty much caffeinated soda. With Verve, you get a clinically studied wellness formula that’s proven to do some pretty amazing things to a body.
Besides our free sign up fee, free website, free app, free back office, really the only thing we charge for is the product, and we price it fairly. Any genius with a calculator can quickly figure out there’s no money paid out for just signing up new people. Bonuses are only earned when product is sold. If these kids are already buying Rockstar, Monster, Red Bull and just diverting those $$ to a fairly priced product, why all the hate? Where I’m able to pay out over $50 million this year in bonuses and give away BMW’s to these young people is because I made the decision to divert those $$$ a company normally spends on advertising (Red Bull, $900 million this year alone) and pay people that talk up my brand. Word of mouth buzz is the most sought after, most desirable type of advertising, but it puzzles me it’s the least compensated. I just say, give the money to our fans and forget Madison Ave. How’s this concept working? Well, we’re closing in on becoming a 2 million can a month brand within the next couple of months and we’re growing at over a 20% monthly rate.
Why don’t you write a blog about how screwed this generation is in today’s job market. How graduates with BA’s are getting $10-$12 an hour job offers, IF they get any offer. That’s a story people want to hear about. Don’t write about some company called Vemma who’s owner sees how powerful this high school and college market is, how they’re the most socially connected market in the history of the planet and came up with a clever idea to give them a chance to make some side money that can turn into a full time, career income.
When I see a story about a guy named Josh Noble, a full time student at ASU, goes from a busboy at Outback Steakhouse 12 months ago to making $12,500 with Verve last month, now that’s a story. I’ve got a ton of those stories. Just regular kids trapped in a crappy economy. Before you write a blog about how Verve sucks and we’re a scam, watch my Parent’s Video at youtube.com/verveenergy. Do some homework. I’ve been at this industry for 17+ years. My companies have done over $1.5 billion in total sales. I’ve paid my brand partners over $750 million. Besides this blog, what have you’ve done? I know what you haven’t done, your homework. Get it together and don’t trash people that can dream bigger than you."

The catch: Word of mouth Advertisement instead of spending 900 million (red bull, just last year) on billboards and commercials
The story: I am posting this because I have never been so excited about something in my life! My buddy Johnny hooked me up with this company that is going to pay us tons of money to rep their healthy energy drinks through our social networks at school... I should literally be answering the main question you guys immediately have in your heads without you even asking it...WHATS IN IT FOR ME? Dude we are going to be driving free beamers, In 6 we are going to be making over 3000.00 a month. This is an opportunity of a lifetime for me at least because I am stuck living with my parents at 17 working retail and going to school. Is that what I really want?! NO, I WANT TO BE MAKING BANK! myguy1224 got a reaction from Toxygen in An Opportunity to Become an Entrepreneur
    The company name: Vemma
The product: Too many to count, and relatively not important (for those who care, my main choice is the 100% healthy energy drink)
I'll drop the company site in this post along with a couple video's if possible. Do yourself a favor and check it out!
