the tracer is a two way train, I hope you understand. It tends to help the entangled quite a bit more then the entangler. The tracer will definitely stay, regardless of what we do with the skill. 

we can also 'increase the skill ceiling' by keeping it how it is, gettign rid of tracers, and making it go on cooldown even if you dont entangle an enemy!

How about a more strict race whoring, to encourage maxing all the races but you can whore an unlimited amount when 100% maxed?

More Strict as in 2Kdr or if you get 10 levels over max its locked till you get 100%.

random awp damage 35-75

random deagle dmg 10-40

random skill pool:chance to get an amount of lj, an amount of speed, amount of health. i think it was like 4 or 5 count. speed was 0.2, health was 40, lj was like 50-100% or something.

I don't like this idea of hard levelling at all to be perfectly honest dude, server 2 was always the fun server out of the two, don't want to spend longer levelling if I don't have to but that's me being picky. More than likely going to be on this regardless!

is that why wcs1 was more populated?
