If there's an admin in the server then I believe it's a no since the admin will set the health.

But if there is no admin then you may state to go to medic and then proceed to go to medic. If you get killed when you go to medic and have stated it, it is a freekill.

Just a heads up, it was removed in the forum version of the rules.

A gun or CT is placed in a position near the terrorists, or the terrorists are told to freeze near a location that makes it easy to rebel. Because the terrorists have not been ordered to rebel they can be killed for picking up the gun or moving towards the CT or otherwise rebelling.

Some sort of fair method is used to pick a CT, such as the first terrorist to get a trivia question gets to pick a CT. That CT is then sent into an area with the terrorists. The CT and terrorists are allowed to knife each other without it being considered freeshooting/rebelling.
