In response to the hannibal comments, might I remind you he was rebanned and we kept the money. Not only did he make himself look like an idiot, he paid to do it. That was a win win in my book.

I never said that this would become an official policy. I got an offer to clean the slate, I left out the name because of bias cliques. I've brought it up to staff and the decision was made to pass it on to the community.

Obviously hackers and complete douche bags would be denied (sorry shippo, sorry pr()ject). It would be a case by case basis, but nothing on paper saying x dollars equals a clean slate.

I got contacted by someone who was permanently banned because of the six ban rule. 30 dollars was offered for a clean piece of slate (bans removed).

If it came down to me, I would say yes. He's obviously sorry he's a douche and wants a second chance. With our monthly expense well over 500, 30 dollars is a big piece of pie. Money talks.

I have one of the Dell netbooks, I use it for EVERYTHING short of source. It's pretty fast and I've never had it freeze up on me. I'll have a few internet windows going, streaming music, excel, ventrilo, and xfire. Never a problem.

I'm running my own version of Vista for more performance. I recommend you get vLite and chop out EVERYTHING including the fancy GUI resource whore. The classic style is much cleaner anyway.

My last name is pronounced "coin". A few of my friends call me "CoinStar" (yes, the machine).

I see no valid reason to follow rules of any kind on that server seeing as it's not publicly released AND lacking and official MOTD. The server is still a work in progress and nothing I plan on taking seriously for the next few days.

Find some skins of FPSBanana, and check out what the size is. Times that by the total skins on the server and add in the maps and sounds. Not everyone has lightning fast internet.

People join to play a game, not look at pretty skins. First impressions are everything, and minutes of downloading stupid shit does not impress coinstar.

Agreed. Even Coinstar and Junzou were spawning shotguns, spamming drugs, killing all over the map, spawning manhacks, etc.

No one in sG as far as I've seen can even remotely roleplay well, just switch it to SpaceBuild. I'd much more enjoy that.
