I had the first one (or one very similar to it). Broke in 2 weeks. I moved it once, and then the right speaker became quieter.

Best headphones I ever had were from Wal-Mart. 15 bucks Cyber Acoustics with mic. Lasted a year and a half and I wasn't complaining. Surprisingly durable too.
