    I wasn't there when this happened, so I don't know what was taken.... I know couls (refering to your bro on your account) did say a couple days ago he needed iron, and asked if he could take some at the time (I was showing him my spider grinder)

    I can't comment on the rails, or anything else.... Also couls, can you ask your bro to make his own mine, if he gets unbanned.... :D would save the trouble of block being modified in an area.... :D

    Alright I'll make sure he won't mine in ur area again if he gets unbanned. Seems like a mistake on his part. Not on purpose..

    I can understand you defending him because he's your brother but looking at the evidence It seems he stole it. Whether or not he purposely stole it he was banned for it. Now assuming you've talked to him what has he said about the incident? It would be helpful to know his side of the story other than "He was accused of stealing and banned for it but be never stole anything and was just mining iron in the cave.". Not claiming he is or isn't but I wouldn't be surprised if he was Lyon in order not to get in trouble with you.

    His side of the story.. Well he said he went down to ctark's mine to ride the subway. He saw some iron and decided to mine it. He then went back up and put it in his storage.. He says he didnt steal any rail or anything. All he did was get some ore. There is no sign or anything that says no mining here. So he decided to mine it.

    they convicted him, from what I have heard, big brother (in case you don't know what that is, it tracks EVERYBLOCK, if you destroy one, it tells, if you make one, it tells, if you place a torch, it knows.)

    saw that you (your bro, from here on will be referred to as 'you') manipulated (big word I know, it means changed) multiple blocks in the affected area, and when an admin/mod did a rollback (using BB to undo changes by a player, by time / radius / actions) made the affected blocks reappear, proving that it was you that 'stole' the blocks.....

    maybe it was a mistake, maybe it wasn't, if you do get unbanned make sure your bro is more careful, we don't convict without proof, maybe he will remember that and not fuck up next time.

    There was iron in your mine.. He mined it.. Maybe thats the blocks he changed. Cause I know he didnt steal ur rails. He has good times with u on that server.

    He got banned for griefing, I don't see what the problem is. If he loved playing the server, then he knew he shouldn't have been fucking with shit. Reading the other posts seems like you had it coming. It doesn't matter if your brother loves playing the server, he's not going to get unbanned just because of that. He broke the rules, he got dealt the punishment.

    He didn't grief.. Read.. They accused him of stealing

    If you do not play anymore does it matter if you are banned? If you are trying to stop playing this is good motivation to stop just like when my computer died i lost all interest in ever gaming.

    Cause my brother plays. He LOVES the server.. He has fun on the server.

    You allowed your brother to get on and mess with objects. However it is partially your fault for allowing him to continue doing it while being aware of it. Just wait until the ban is over or talk with Jason about it. The smart thing to do right now is ask staff to lock it.

    Okay but Couls like others have said you let your brother use your account and thats your fault.. So I probably think this ban was deserved for what I'm seeing..

    Alright fine.. But I still dont understand why I wasn't banned UNTIL I started to complain.. I couldve not have said anything and I wouldn't be banned? Also.. Why do I get all the shit when its my bro not me?

    Hatty did a rollback on your modifications, the powered track magically came back. I don't think it was a coincidence.

    Ok so I guess my brother "stole" something yesterday... He is pissed that he got banned and wants to play Minecraft.. He hates singleplayer and loves the sG server. He enjoys playing with everyone when they don't blame him for every little thing. Sometimes it isn't him.. I know for a fact that people do blame it on him.. One being Herp Derp (Sean).. He stole my brother's stuff yesterday... He keeps saying all he did was MINE iron in ctarks sub.. He didn't steal rail. I don't know what the actions are but he's pretty sad and pissed... If you guys want to talk to HIM about it then tell me.. I'm getting annoyed having to get into Minecraft problems with my brother..

    EDIT: Everyone who was ingame destroying my house has violated Rule #1... So they should also get banned.

    Egghunt with my 4 year old sister and my 19 year old brother.

    My brother and I took all the eggs laying in the grass so my sister couldn't reach the ones in the trees, she cried.

    We had cousins come over and I had to help them find the golden egg... I helped my sister find the golden egg so I could see my cousins bitch and complain... They did..
