I vote that until you can tell us, honestly, that he knows and understands the rules, that he stay banned (not being mean, but if he seriously doesn't understand rules and common sense, this will just make all of us look bad)

I think he understands now.. He didnt know the rules that would perma ban and stuff.. I told him everything. He understands completely.

( Myself ) Setup a awareness board for you to check every once and a while.

( You ) Check the board and if there is a problem, Explain to your brother problem and find a solution.

( You ) Have a us know when you are on, So we may explain anything you didn't understand.

I'm just gonna throw in my two cents for clarification:

There were not pieces of track missing, powered minecart tracks had been replaced with normal tracks. As far as I know, Someguy got Hatty to check who had made changes, and only he and you (The Couls account) had made any recent changes. When he rolled back your ( Couls account's) changes, the powered minecart tracks reappeared. Not sure how many ways that can be interpreted...

If he did take track.. He (as my brother) did not do it on purpose.. He was just mining Iron. From now on Im not going to let him go in other peoples mines. If he gets another chance..

ok, though I would say be carefull in general, alot of people might be pissed if he is mining in their mines..... plus it does show as lots of modified blocks, and it doesn't say what blocks it is, so it could be ore, or it could be tracks.... just tell him to be carefull!
