  1. A 300 hp deagle race, with extra damage and a longer invincibility than Troll.

    Yeah, this sounds balanced. You really have to re-work these numbers, they're far too high. I personally wouldn't set anything over 200 hp unless it's a knife race.

  2. Well the point of this race, on the other server, was to, especially on unbalanced teams which never happens here because a map has never gone 28-2 amirite? give the losing team a chance to grab some players, maybe even the top players from the other team for a round. The damage reflection ensures team work. Not one person should go all in shooting this guy. Have maybe a priest heal while a few members shoot at him, because people would learn I would imagine. Unless we are assuming every race on the server should be fucking safety scissors in a sense. The object of this race is to disrupt the other team, so that your team can shoot them. If you meat sheild for your team, you may grab kills, and you'll help your team get kills. And I suppose if you all believe that that's too much damage reflection for a race like this then we could peg the damage reflection down to 50%. Also keep in mind im pretty sure + damage doesn't get reflected, and neither does ward damage or chain lightning, correct me if im wrong, so even a team that is mediocrely organized could take him down with relative ease.

    The thing is, what's stopping this race from being used on the winning team anyway? They'd be able to use it effectively just as much as the losing team would and I bet they'd probably use it better since they were already on a streak.

    And the problem with the damage reflection is the headshots. I'd say 60% of people who shoot him will die just from that itself since they will also have low health, or the stock 100. This is why I say it'd probably be an unbalancer considering not only do you reflect back so much that it can basically kill someone, but you also disable them with so much knockback/banish that the enemy team can easily support afterwards.

    I'd say the only real way to make it non-problematic would be to give it a skin so people can see what they're shooting so that they don't get juked with it in some ways.

  3. I have nothing against debuff races, where you dish out disables if you get hit, but the problem with this race is that it causes too much damage for a guarantee. The fact that you also get so much HP means you can rush into a group, off half of them without doing anything and then the team can run back in without a problem.

  4. just as a question, does ulti immunity grant immunity in a certain range or does it prevent the enemy from casting it within that range? because I always thought it was the second one.

    and maybe reduce the ulti dmg a bit? 25 seems kinda high, 2 ults = 1/2 health for people without immunity

    and 1 more question, can you buy immunity in the shopmenu? its been quite a while since i've played

    Well, if ult immunity blocks the whole thing, then one person = stops ult for awhile. Thus the second point is kinda nulled cause it wouldn't cause as much damage.

    And no, you cannot buy immunity. That would just null and void almost everyone in the game then when one person can buy it.

  5. Lol so true...

    and therefore... silos in icewerk b-bsite are ok!

    This. Never heard of the silo's being off limits. I get on that shit all the time.

    As to militia, it's always been illegal since I've been playing, but if it was made legal I don't see a huge issue personally.

  6. Good idea oracunt sounds fun, glad som1 is actually adding new races.

    I actually don't know how to code them yet. I'm just getting ideas out there to be on the table so that when I can learn, I have them in place.

  7. I like the idea of this one, but what would the stock limit be? and also, would it be possible to incorporate a timer that prevents hiding and spamming nades once a full stock is achieved?

    Fuck my life. I forgot to put that in. It's stock cap would be five.

  8. General:

    * Battle Mage

    * Original Idea

    * Nade Race

    * Level 3000

    * No LJ.

    Notes - Race does damage through nades. This race is also able to stock nades for a supply to throw and obviously does not follow the nade rule. It is able to stock up five nades by default.

    Six Skills, five levels each.

    Energy - Gather power. (Passive skill, you start with this and is only one level. Allows you to gain a nade for your stock every 10 seconds.)

    Concentration - Focus to create energy quickly. (Passive ability. Reduces the timer to get another grenade for your stock by one second/level.)

    Concussion - A striking blow. (4% chance/level to stun enemy for 1 second when struck by nade.)

    Scorch - A burning force of power. (4% chance/level to burn enemy for a second.)

    Frost - A freezing blast. (4% chance/level to slow the enemy down for two seconds.)

    Jolt - A shocking strike. (4% chance/level to knock the enemy upwards. Height up will scale with level.)

    Pierce - Tear through defenses with your magic. (4% chance/level to deal an additional 3 damage/level when nade hits enemy.)

    Annihilation - Use all your power to destroy. (Ultimate, 30 second cooldown. When used, you have five seconds to throw a nade that will increase the % of all skills to hit by 16%/level and double their duration. When used, you will not be able to gain grenades for ten seconds after nade is thrown and your stock will go to 0.)

    Another idea for a nade race.

  9. well think about it and let me know if yall want to sell races and start making more money off WCS i mite be able to help depending

    Technically we are supposed to be selling a private race pack, but it's been slightly backlogged.

  10. Because this isn't a job. Our engineers have a lot going on for them including jobs and school. The work they do is because they WANT to.

    I do things on servers because I want to and it's fun, not because I consider it my job. Its a hobby and something I enjoy doing.

  11. General

    *Karma, The Ethereal Vengeance

    *Original idea

    * Nade Race.

    *Level 3500

    * No health powerups.

    Notes: Race has no weapons except nade. Extra damage is gained through abilities/ult.

    Nade is regained on the race every four seconds and obviously does not follow the nade rule.

    Five skills, Five levels each.

    Vanish - Disappear from sight. (12% invis/level and 5% speed gain/level.)

    Revenge - Gain from your ally's pain. (When an ally is hit, you gain 1 health for level 1-2. Two health for levels 3-4. Three health for level 5.)

    Purge - Banish your foe. (12% chance/level to knock back enemies when hit with nade.)

    Malice - Your hatred shall haunt you. (Ability, 10 second cooldown. When used, next nade shall set enemies on fire for a time depending on level. Levels 1-2, one second. Levels 3-4, two seconds. Level 5, three seconds.)

    Spite - Balance shall be preserved. (Ultimate, 20 second cooldown. Gain a second nade in your hand. Next two nades will deal 8% more damage/level.)

    Nade race. I figure we need one, but not one like the one on WCS2.

  12. I believe it does have the same range has Flame Predator

    Undead at max = Range 140

    Flame pred at max = Range 190

    Significantly different, but probably due to the fact that one is a gun race, other is knife.

  13. If you ONLY ate 1500 calories of fast food everyday for a year, I'm sure you will lose weight.

    Well, it's not just calories. We're also talking of other sources that can keep weight on in forms: Fat, sodium, carbs, etc. If that was simply eaten by a regular person all the time it would add up in many various ways.

  14. Okay, stopping this right now. We're going to close this and get staff in on this only since this went on long enough.

    I'm going to go with no - for now. I don't see any certainty with this bhopping stuff, but I'm more suspicious of his shooting instead. Staff, share opinions, majority rules.

  15. Hmm.

    I think I see a pattern here.
