  1. Looks nice, I like it. How does Vanish! work? You have to switch to knife to use it? Is it a "true" teleport or human teleport? Is the evade part passive or activated along with the ability?

    1. Vanish just works like Human's teleport, except you can't draw a weapon at all during it. when you leave it, it'll auto put you back on pistol.

    2. Evade is passive.


  2. Name: Cenarion, Demented Magician

    Original Idea

    Pistol Race - Five seven only.

    Level 2500

    Restrictions: None.

    Five skills, eight levels each.

    Notes: Race will spawn with five-seven.

    Magic Wand - A standard need for any magician. (12% chance/level [Rounds to 100% when maxed] to triple your first clip size.)

    Levitate! - Fly away! (3% chance/level [Rounds to 25% when maxed] to knock an enemy into the air when dealing damage. Knock up is same force for all levels.)

    Hypnotize! - Rest, my volunteer... (3% chance/level [Rounds to 25% when maxed] to set your enemy asleep for a second.)

    Vanish! - Dare to find me... (Ability, 10 second cooldown. When used, you teleport towards your location and gain 100% invisibility for 1.5 seconds. However, you cannot have your gun drawn during this time. Distance increases with each level. Each level also grants 4% evade.)

    Grand Finale - The final trick... for you! (Ultimate, 40 second cooldown. When used, your next three shots will deal an extra 3 damage/level [Rounds to 25 at max]. If not used up within ten seconds, effect wears off.)

    Another pistol race to throw in.


  3. that sounds great. I would say add a bit of speed to itm however. If throwing nades at someone while you are in plain view, all your heads are belong to me.

    I don't like giving a default speed boost to some races, especially if you're launching nades around lol.

    I did upgrade the damage to 30 though on the first skill since it does seem a tad low.

    Required Level: 975

    Shop Restrictions: None

    Skills:

    (5) Rifle Marksmanship: You are highly trained on a variety of rifles. +1 damage per attack/per level.

    (10) Physical Training: You PT daily, increasing your stamina. +2% to speed/per level.

    (10) Camouflage: You are a master of concealment. +5% invisibility/per level.

    (10) First Aid: Basic medical training controls bleeding. +5 HP/per level at spawn.

    (10) Body Armor: Government issued body armor gives you superior protection. +5 AR/per level at spawn.

    (5) Patriotism Ultimate: Patriotic fervor gives you an adrenaline boost. +20% Speed for 7 secs, +25 HP and +25 AR. 30 Second recharge, ultimate unlocked after level 25.

    My first submission on the forums. I am looking forward to everyone's input.

    I like it, just two questions.

    1. Not sure if invis is really needed. Personally unless it's at 60%+ it doesn't do much IMO and this seems more of a run-and-gun race anyway. Maybe leave it out? There's enough invis on the server as is.

    2. Is the ult going to scale per level with the benefits?


  5. Giving it a pistol defeats the purpose of grenades. A knife gives it some more balance. Also, for a race that's not really doing much damage as is with only two stocked grenades at one time, having it gain the bases fast isn't a bad idea. Especially since bases can easily be avoided and/or blocked with something.

    I'm sure that blast proof vest would also reduce the +damage from the skill too. So... Not that hard to really counter.

    Original Idea

    Grenade/Knife race.

    Starter Race, Level 0

    No restrictions.

    Notes: Race starts with Kevlar/Helmet. Also gains a grenade in it's stock every five seconds. Can stock two at a time.

    Four Skills, ten levels each

    It hurtz them! - Suffer enemiez! (4% chance/level of an extra 20 damage dealt from any nade or knife damage.)

    It burnz them! - Goblinz make hot fire! (2% chance/level for a one second burn dealt from any nade damage.)

    It blowz them away! - Powerful little contrapzions! (2% chance/level of knocking an enemy into the air when hit with grenade.)

    It destroyz them! - DIE HUMANZ! (Ultimate, 20 second cooldown. Your next grenade will have a 100% chance of all other skills to hit. Wears off if not used after five seconds. At max level, raises grenade cap to 3 and reduces grenade gain to four seconds instead of five.)

    Small starter race that would be nice IMO.


  7. Okay, after getting with Guitar Guy, I've decided his punishment.

    Kid spammed way too much cash as shown by logs. Therefore, each page he spammed cash for there, he's losing 800 total levels. Roughly 70 levels for each page he spammed cash on. In addition, he's also losing admin for two days. He does this again he's dropping to 0 and not getting admin back for awhile.

    Hopefully he can learn his lesson. Resolved.


  8. Fuck crit nades, they're for people who suck at CS but like to get kills by dealing one damage to someone and letting the race do all the work.

    Actually, the crit nades only work off the damage that is dealt. If you get hit lightly by a nade, the damage will be light. It just scales a shitton if you're basically eat the nade head-on, so the race can't actually do it all unless you throw halfway decent.

    As to the race though, this doesn't look like anything unique from the Chieftan as is.


  9. Or I can just look at them. I scanned through and found him saying "You know that's against the rules" and then did attempt to ban you. Also coincidentally the switching did stop when he got disconnected and he didn't bother to re-connect from what I'm seeing.

    For reference staff, from 13:41:40 to 13:46:12 of the L0619019 log is where you can scout Meatwad's posts and his attempt to ban and how he pulls up !admin, where epic then starts to get switched from team to team. Idiocy like that isn't needed. Revoking his admin for a day due to it.

    Resolved.

    Just saying, but if you're going to make an argument against someone disrespecting/abusing, it's usually a good idea to make your posts in the forums a bit better too, Zudara.

    Now onto the actual disrespect part: Notgoing, disrespect is a VERY large gray area, and really in 99% of the cases when people are disrespecting is mostly some petty shit, and this isn't any different. You both got crying over something minor in scale from my viewpoint. Just grow up and get over it. If you both want to have a time out from the servers till you grow up I can give you that, but from what I'm seeing you both got into an argument that really isn't much at all.

    However, I will say this. Silencing someone NotGoing DOES mess up their gameplay on WCS a ton since they can't changerace or shopmenu at all, so only use that if someone really needs to be punished. In this case, this was not it.

  11. Oracion, your races ultimate shouldn't be completely blocked because one person has Ultimate Immunity, It should be just that one person isn't effected. I don't know if that is what you meant, but I am answering according to the way I read it =D

    The thing is, if it's global there's really no choice. I believe it'll still be blocked. I just put it out there as a disclaimer.

  13. Race Name: Shadow

    Idea: Original

    Grenade Race

    Level 4000

    Restrictions: No health, LJ, BoS, Mask of Death or Chainmail.

    Five skills, five levels each.

    Notes: Race has perfect evasion/damage immunity/whatever it is, but starts with ONLY 50 hp and cannot buy health or gain health from ANY SOURCE. Damage can only be dealt to it through damage skills or Claws of Attack. Race also gains five nades at start and gains a stock nade every five seconds to a max of five.

    Ethereal Resistance: Elements cannot harm you. (15% resist/level towards damage skills such as chain lightning.)

    Dark Strike - A deathy blow. (12% chance/level for your nade to do an extra 3 damage/level if target is hit.)

    Darkened Aura - Shield your allies from sight. (Deals 150 range/level of 4% blind/level to enemies. Also grants you 15% invis/level.)

    Essence of Oblivion - Absorb your enemies life force for your team. (Ability, 20 second cooldown. When used, your next grenade will steal 20%/level of health from damage and distribute to your teammates. You cannot be healed by this.)

    Shadow Blast - A force that chills enemies. (Ultimate, 30 second cooldown. When used, does a global 3 damage/level to enemies and knocks them back slightly. Can be blocked by any person on ult immunity.)

    Support/Nade race to try.
