  1. I like it. Do you have a certain Pistol in mind? Or are you planning on letting it use any pistol?

    Third line from the top where the guns thing is, it says Pistol Race, Elites only. I usually state what pistol/gun they use in my race threads.

    * Morgana, The Dark Fairy

    * Original idea.

    * No guns/knife.

    * Level 3000

    * No attack shopmenu, no health.

    Five skills, ten levels.

    See the desc. for Chardonna. It's basically the same idea, but this one is meant to be more offensive, instead of supportive outside of it's speed/evade. Also, the blue ball for Chardonna? Morgana here will be a red ball.

    Demonic Wings - Firey wings, guide me to my victim. (10% speed boost/level.)

    Blinding Aura - Your enemies will never strike you. (6% evade/level)

    Incantation of Draining - Steal the souls of those who threaten you. (AoE damager. Every 8 seconds, do 1 damage/level in an area around you.)

    Fireball - Burn alive, fool. (Ability, 9 second cooldown. When used, strike an enemy in the area for 3 damage/level and set them on fire for two seconds.)

    Dark Binding - Let darkness take you over. (Ultimate, 40 second cooldown. When used, globally blinds enemy team by 4%/level for five seconds and knocks them backwards [Knockback increases with level].)

    The counter/opposite of Chardonna. More of a harasser/offensive 'magical' character.

    * Chardonna, The Guardian Fairy

    * Original Idea

    * No guns/knife race, see below.

    * Level 3000

    * No attack shopmenu, no health.

    Five skills, ten levels each.

    Notes: Race has no access to guns, or knife. Cannot attack with any weapon, but survives through its skills and supportive abilities. This race is meant to be purely a supportive class with a minor attack skill to harass with. The skin for this race will be a pure blue ball, easily noticable to others.

    Limit of one for either team.

    Little Wings - Fly to your destination quickly. (10% speed boost/level)

    Illusion Aura - Decieve your enemies. (9% evade/level)

    Soothing Winds - Infuse the breeze with your magic. (AoE heal that heals for 2/level every 10 seconds.)

    Magical Bolt - Rattle your foe with a blast of energy. (Ability, 5 second cooldown. When used, targets one person in an area around you and hits them for 2 damage/level.)

    Rebirth - My children shall live on. (Ultimate, passive ability. Respawn players and grant them bonus health based on level. If level is 1-4, respawn one, +10 hp. For level 5-9, respawn two, +20 hp. Level 10, respawn 3, +30 hp.)

    Like stated before, purely meant to be a supportive race with a minor ability to attack. I may have to look at the skills some more and balance them out with the healing, but I do want the speed/evade to stay purely because of it's ability to die fairly easily.

    * Kar'Roth, The Warlock of the Void

    * Original idea.

    * Pistol race, Elites only.

    * Level 5000 (With good reason.)

    * No restrictions.

    Six Skills, Eight levels each.

    Void Walk - A flash through the void. (Ability, 15 second cooldown. Teleport ability, but at a range that only goes 1/3rd of Human distance at all levels and at max.)

    Energy Control - Control leads to greater power... (+5 ammo for first clip/level)

    Energy Rifts - Teleport objects through you. (4% evade/level)

    Force Blast - A rush of power on your foe. (10% chance/level to knock back your enemy when they are struck.)

    Reincarnation - The Void can save those who are from it... (3% chance/level for a respawn. Can only happen once and is 'activated' at spawn, as in, you will see if you will respawn in that round.)

    Desolation - All shall be surrendered to the Void. (Ultimate, 30 second cooldown. When activated, creates a 'ward' in the area that disables ALL BONUSES a race gets in a 75/level range for 1 second/level. All bonuses = no AoE healing/ultimates/speed/LJ/etc when enemies are in range.)

    Disable/semi rush race.


  5. I just looked up his gameme and he has 99% activity (I couldn't view the gameme page at school). He must play at extremely late/early hours of the day, so please excuse my uneducated/uninformed last post.

    It's fine. A lot of work that I do on the server anyway is mostly working with Yiyas on ideas with races and testing them, but I do play. I was on a long CSS break for awhile, but I'm getting back into it more.

    However, as to this whole issue, I'm standing by what I said before: I find it legit solely because if you hit it with ONE shot, it dies. So if you see a lurker is alive and you're worries, spray the area and it's all good. The MOTD may need some rewording though and updates.


  6. Menu thing does sound good. My main thought behind the M249 was simply the run/spray that is possible with this race. I'll add that in later cause it is nice.

    As to spending cash, I guess I could make it be able to buy the attack tree in shopmenu so it can have some utility.

    * Transcendent Being

    * Original Idea

    * Gun race, see info below.

    * Level 4500

    * ALL Shopmenu Restricted, except for attack menu.

    One skill, 100 levels.

    Race starts at 100 hp, cannot gain HP through shop items, or through other means. Race suffers a 25% exp penalty per kill.

    Closer to Perfection - My training shall grant me supernatural strength.

    Entire race is based around leveling the one skill to gain benefits through the entire game. Each level grants the following bonus to the player: 1 health and 2 armor.

    Every ten levels, you will gain 5% movement speed, 1 point of damage reduction and 4% invisibility.

    Every ten levels, you will also upgrade your gun to something better than before. Order of guns is as follows.

    Lvl 0 = USP

    Lvl 10 = Five Seven

    Lvl 20 = Elites

    Lvl 30 = Scout

    Lvl 40 = UMP

    Lvl 50 = MP5

    Lvl 60 = TMP

    Lvl 70 = AK47

    Lvl 80 = M4A1

    Lvl 90 = P90

    Lvl 100 = M249

    After you get a gun, you will have a menu to choose from any of the weapons from the above.

    Think of this as shopkeeper on steroids.

  9. Just in jb right now said he does not care about this thread & he knows his admin will be removed. Just remove his admin & ban him for a bit to cool down.

    Well, that's nice of him. Guess he needs it gone longer. Was just going to give it a day, but if he's not really caring, then it'll be two. His funeral. Might want to tell him checking CD when someone tells you is a good idea, cause a bad attitude is only asking for worse punishment.

    * Granite, The Golem of Midgard

    * Original idea.

    * Gun race, UMP only.

    * Level 4500.

    * No health, armor or boots from shopmenu.

    Race starts with Kevlar/helmet, race STAYS at 80% speed. Any mods on movement speed from allies cannot affect this race, however it MAY be slowed further by enemies.

    Five skills, Ten Levels each.

    Granite Shield - A summoned barrier of stone. (Gives 5 armor/level on top of the initial 100 at spawn. You absorb 6% damage/level through your armor until it is removed. If you take no damage for 15 seconds, armor will instantly replenish to 100.)

    Blistering Shards - Your thrown shards tear at your enemy. (+ damage. Levels 1-4, gain +2 damage/hit. Levels 5-9, +4 damage/hit. Level 10, +7 damage/hit. Can stack with Claws of Attack.)

    Marble Skin - A reflective coat of stone. (3%/level of mirror damage from all attacks.)

    Ground Slam - Disorient the earth with a powerful slam. (Ability, 25 second cooldown. When used, knocks back all enemies within a radius [i'd like to take a guess at a radius gain each level of 40 radius, which at the end would be the range or slightly larger of a suicide bomb to knock people back]. Does no damage.)

    Rockslide - A destructive rush of power. (Ultimate, 25 second cooldown. Teleports player like it would Human [With much less force and distance], but any enemies within a 50 range/level area will be knocked upward and damaged for 3 damage/level.)

    A bit of a 'higher up' race for people who want something to go for. Bit strong, but kinda worth it if you can get up to this level.


  11. That's a private race, unless it was unrestricted. The only race that is currently available that has armor absorption is Tempest, and he has 50%.

    Well, technically Wizard of the Everlasting has something like this, so it's not bad. I don't mind this concept so long as it's not spread along a ton of races.

    The main thing about this that worries me is the insane firepower it can get while having that much defense. Past that, it sounds like a fun race.


  12. It would have to be a different version, to prevent seeing through walls.

    My only complaint to this race is the ultimate. It shouldn't be an instant-kill, seeing as an AWP will complete this job 60% of the time.

    I'd love to have it just to make an Infected go flying lol.

    Past that, I dunno if I really wanna give an Awp guy wall-hacks and all. Maybe it's just me, but it seems a bit too similar to Archemond.

    * Ytival, The Holy Archer

    * Weapon from Ogre Battle 64, making into a character.

    * Gun race, Scout Only.

    * Level 1250

    * Attack shopmenu restricted.

    Five skills, six levels each.

    Divine Bow - A blessed bow, able to track any foe. (18% chance/level to mark your target with a white trail on hit. Rounds to 100% at max.)

    Judgment - Marked by light, they shall pay for their sins. (Works off of Divine Bow. If the trail of light lasts more than 6 seconds on a target, the target will take 5 damage/level. The trail of light will also end if this effect occurs.

    Blinding Arrows - Show thy enemy the light. (5% chance/level to blind 50% of your enemy's vision on hit for four seconds.)

    Disable - Your shots pierce even the most sturdy foe. (Effect depends on area hit on enemy. If head, 100% blind for two seconds. If arm, drop weapon. If feet, unable to jump for two seconds. If chest, stun for one second.)

    Eviscerate - Slay the darkness and use their power for the light. (Ultimate, 25 second cooldown. Your next shot will gain 8% damage/level [Max level rounds to 50% damage]. When the target is hit, the damage is used as a global heal to your team, split among those who are alive. If no target is hit within 8 seconds, it is disabled.)

    Another sniper race. Kinda a support sniper if anything over a real damage dealer.

    * Hobbit

    * Original Idea, though name isn't original.

    * Pistol, whatever the one lurker uses only. Can't remember the damn name.

    * Level 0 - starter race.

    * No restrictions.

    Four skills, eight levels each.

    Quick feet - A hobbit is always speedy. (3% movespeed/level. Rounds up to 25% at max.)

    Swift Daggers - A hobbit's best friend. (12% chance/level for double ammo in first clip, 3% chance/level for an extra 12 damage on hit.

    Elven Cloak - Gift to protect and hide me from all. (Ability, 20 second cooldown, when used grants 2%/level damage immunity and 4%/level invisibility for 3 seconds.)

    Run Away! - You can never catch a hobbit! (Ult, 25 second cooldown. When used, the hobbit gains 100% invisibility for 4 seconds and an additional 3% movespeed/level. The player can use NO WEAPONS DURING THIS TIME.)

    Simple race, borrows from others for the concept. Shouldn't be too strong for a starter race either.


  15. i gotcha. would rally be for you as well as team or just team? seems kind of contradictory to lower movement speed yet raise it through a skill

    edit: unless it grants back up to normal movement speed. which kinda makes sense

    I'm thinking of making it just team, cause giving it movement speed through that might make it a bit OP, but at the least I may let it affect the person using him for now.

    It sounds like a great race, however, I think that the level requirement might be a little to high?

    Not when you're already level 4000+ lol. I do have a few ideas for some lower level races though and some new starter races that I may want to get out.

    Sounds like a good race. Doesn’t seem OP to me, but then again anything on papers is much different once its put into effect. I also think to make this race alittle more fair, when you use your ULT or Ability, make you running speed decreased by 50% and then it will go back to normal once its over.

    Changed the ult a bit to lower movement speed for the time so that the ult has a slight penalty considering the damage return it can give.

    Not enough damage immunity and mirror damage

    Dude, if this is able to be coded, you can get 90% immunity and almost 60% mirror damage for seven seconds. That's a bit high considering if someone shoots you in the face, THEY might die.

    I like the idea of this race. Definitely diggin the mirror damage, it'd be a lurkers worst nightmare. but i think the 2 cool down times might be a bit too long. What about 30/35 seconds instead?

    I reduced the cooldowns a bit so they could have a bit more utility.

    Also, added in a new skill for an hp boost so that it doesn't die from one headshot if damage immunity doesn't proc for it.


  16. Sounds badass but it seems like it has too many damage reduction/reflection things. Might be interesting to see the ability to set wards to protect your allies...also the black steel blade skill kinda seems like it wouldn't get used as it is a gun race

    The idea of this race is to be 'tankish'. I was thinking about lowering it's movement speed to make up for the damage reduction it gets so it can't easily run and gun.

    As to the knife thing, yeah. Yiyas talked to me about it, I'm just gonna remove it.

    * Centurion

    * Original

    * Gun Race

    * Level 2500

    * No chainmail/health/boots.

    Six Skills, Six levels each.

    Form Battalion: Gather your Warriors for assault. (4% chance/level to spawn 3 rifles [M4A1, AK47, etc] for your team at round start.)

    Rally - Your troops are inspired around their leader. (3% move speed boost/level for units around a certain radius of you.)

    Valor - Determination shall guide you in battle. ( 5 hp/level gained at start of round.)

    Commander's Armor - The strongest steel ever tempered. (10% chance/level to reduce damage taken by 8%/level when hit. At max level, grants immunity to knifes.)

    Commander's Aegis - A sacred shield, deflecting all. (Ability, 35 second cooldown. On activation, grants 5%/level of damage immunity for four seconds for all damage taken. Increases by a second every two levels, maxes at 3 at max level. Can stack with Commander's Armor.)

    Centurion Retribution - Those who harm you shall suffer tenfold. (Ultimate, 40 second cooldown. When activated, all enemies that hit you will take 10%/level of mirror damage for 1 second/level. Movement speed is reduced 25% while ult is in effect.)

    This seems kinda OP in it's own right, but what the hell. Concept I decided to post up.
