  1. unlikely. if Apple stopped supporting that years ago ... Jobs won't let Steam be compatible with older Gens.

There won't be Steam for PPC, but not because of Jobs. It would be a waste of time and money for Valve.

  2. What? Apple has to approve every single piece of Mac software? I've never heard of that. And what reason would they have for blocking Steam?

EDIT: Cool Wine/Crossover, brah. Surely native support will be much more efficient.

  3. ABC (Lost)

Ion (They show Criminal Minds almost 24/7, and they had a Matrix marathon today)

    Nickelodeon (Spongebob, Fairly Odd Parents)

Cartoon Network (Family Guy, Robot Chicken, Ed Edd n' Eddy)

    Comedy Central (Colbert Report)

Of the above mentioned shows.... I prolly watch Spongebob the most :D.

  4. There are so many posts on here that no one cares about, so just because I'm Samm doesn't mean you can jump on the band wagon and say shit, get off my ass. And I did put this in spam. SO SHUT THE FUCK UP. (=

    Girl on internet

=Plan B: chastisement and public ridicule.

So consider it a backhanded compliment.

  5. I heard Obama was a terrorist. He's also a secret communist agent who was sent to America by Hitler and Satan to destroy us. Also, I buy macs because I'm a fucking retard.

    Sig'd.

Triv: Go look up the definitions of socialsim and communism.

only difference is the ram, from 4gb to 8gb, but your not even going to really need. with 4gb of ram and a quad core will be perfect. 8gb is a little overkill.

I like the build, but I like to actually buy Windows when I buy a PC, so that almost raises the price to the same as the Dell. Not against pirating, just a personal preference.

  7. The problem is, I don't see how my own build can be any cheaper than the Dell. Plus, I'd have a warrantee that way. I'm thinking about getting some other electronic device to take notes in class with... maybe a nice Andriod phone with a bluetooth keyboard? Haven't given that a lot of thought yet, so tell me if you have any better ideas. I'd prefer it not to be a netbook.

  8. It's too bad we can't vote on these types of things. 4chan is nothing compared to ACTUALLY phoneing someone and posting their address.

    Address + Phone # > Pictures.

I agree. If nothing else, the ban lengths need to be radically changed.

    P.S. Karma....your post count :o.

  9. Its good of you to apologize but I really do think this needs to stay for awhile. I just was fucking appalled that you'd do such a thing Phoenix.

You showed no remorse, not even the slightest.

Well, he is showing it now.... I've always liked Phoenix's character, he seems like a good guy. IMO, we should judge him by that.

Or we should just let BChaos decide what to do with him.

  10. So, here's the deal. I'm going to college in the fall, and need to get some sort of computer before then. I've looked at both laptops and desktops, and haven't really decided which one I want (though I'm leaning toward a desktop at the moment).

Anyone in college: how much would a laptop help? The desktop just seems like such a better option since I can get so much more power for the price, plus I think laptops are uncomfortable to use.

Assuming I get a desktop, I need to decide whether I will build one or just get one premanufactured. I've built my own computer before, but it's given me a lot of problems that I would rather not deal with, until I get out of college, at least. Plus, it seems like I can get a Dell with i7 and 8gb of DDR3 for several hundred dollars cheaper than Newegg: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Dell+-+Studio+XPS+Desktop+with+Intel%26%23174%3B+Core%26%23153%3B+i7+Processor/9697488.p?id=1218153426530&skuId=9697488

At this point, I am leaning towards buying the Dell, a nice mouse, and a 23in monitor, but do you have any better suggestions?
