  1. The only filter I am doing on newegg is costs so I can find good laptops that arn't labeled correctly because it does happen. In any event, I found this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834312438

It probably will got skotti's laptop beat for gpu power because it is a dual sli gpu build, for 850 and I'm not looking for a powerhouse gaming laptop this is too much for me. The five laptops I listed are probably the best choices given my budget range. Now I think I might just pick out which has the side features I like more.

Probably a fight between Option #1 and Option #5

    Get 1.

  2. Yeah, this topic/thread makes me feel awkward because I know a good deal of shit when it comes to PCs, however laptops and finding a good mid range one make me go, "well, fuck!" So, I am looking for a laptop for basic use plus some light gaming aka playing cs:go with a decently good frame rate. That being said, I have found example of an laptop that I like to have but I know better to not get it. Its a laptop, I have a gaming rig already, price and oh its a laptop again.

    Example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834152393

I guess my budget is around 600, I can go higher but I prefer not to. Purpose of the laptop is to be able to travel home for example without having to lug my rig around. Example, winter vacation from school, its a pain in the ass to lug my computer home for a week or two just to lug it back to my dorm.

So give me some suggestions sG. Brand names? etc etc.

I work in a call center doing tech support, can't tell you how many calls I get from people with mac products. I use an ASUS and have never had any problems, don't get Toshiba as you'll spend about 3 hours removing all the bloatware they ship on their computers, same with Dell. I'd suggest Sony, ASUS, Acer or Lenovo.

  3. And are all of them willing and dependable enough to be available at the same time every week for several months?

The vast, vast majority of people never touch EU multiplayer.

    I only play multiplayer.

Can someone explain this game? Sounds fun but most of the reviews are the "is Gud u buy it nau is very goooood" genre.

You take control of any country starting during the early renaissance all the way to the Napoleonic era. You operate all aspects of diplomacy, trade, technology, military and religion. Think of it as a really really indepth Risk. Extremely addicting. For example, I have a game where I started playing as the Brunei (Malayasia area), by the time year 1600 rolled around (idk how the fuck this happened) Portugal owned the entire North America, Central America, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Spain, Northern Africa and Southern Italy. Thats just a taste of how vastly history can deviate in the game. ANYTHING can happen lol.

  4. I work at a tech support center for hotel wifi. I get more calls about peoples Iphones/Ipads not being able to connect or having bad wifi signal then any other device. I mean, the apps are great and they're easy to use. I just think Androids are a lot more functional. I own neither (still have a dumb phone) but I'll eventually get an android.

  5. Should get an SSD for your OS, you'll be able to boot like less then a minute no matter how much shit you through on your sata. It'll only  cost you like another $80 or so, just get a 64 GB for Win7/8.

Or just be a cool kid and get linux.
