I'd say that this is a bad idea. First of all, most of the 5k from admin subscriptions, and from a legal standpoint im pretty sure P2 is entitled to do whatever he wants with that money. Seeing as you knew you were getting admin to play on his (legally) servers out of the deal, its pretty much his money. Donations on the other hand I wouldn't know about. I'm not really sure where the law stands on that, seeing as its freely given and not a transaction. I'm not even sure if you can make a case against him unless you do it individually. The clan itself is not a legal entity, you'd probably end up having to do it as a group of people.

Not a fan. When I think Synergy I think of stupid fucking motivational and productivity seminars that preach working together is just super swell.

We seriously need to stop picking names that sound like we just rifled through a book containing nothing but "XTREME" names. To me Paradigm Alliance and Paradox Coalition or whatever they fuck they were sound just as immature as Undead Vengeance did, if not more. At least UV had personality and was unique. The "Cool adjective" "Group synonym" method just makes us sound bland and douchy.

The custom game retooling really interests me, but I'm dubious as to whether it will work or not. For every custom game out there, especially like Footies, there are several different versions, and then add different map versions in on top of that? Seems a lot to filter.
