You can't really say which ones are better as each of them have their pros and cons. M4A1 is a great gun with better accuracy than the M4A4, is cheaper and has a silencer (prevents being seen on radar) but offcourse suffers in the ammo department which isn't really a problem for people with a supportive role in their team (thats who usually use it). On the other side however, because of the A4's large ammo clip it is great for holding the "prefire" positions and the places where you get swarmed. I perfer the silenced m4 bevause of its accuracy as I have a high HS percentage. Same goes for USP-S, I just feel the p2000 is a papergun just as the glock was in CSS

My name is John, or I perfer to be called by my ingame name VeMi. Most of you will probably recognize me as I have made one of the most popular jailbreak maps called ba_jail_sand. I am 20 years old from Sweden and I love CS:GO. I have been playing on your servers then and then but not often as I was in another community at the time. But you will see me play on your servers quite much as I very much enjoy playing on them! I am also very good at the game itself and I am currently Supreme Master First Class. Anyways it will be intersting meeting new cool players around here and playing on all your gamemodes. I also play the following games: Hearthstone, WildStar, LoL, (used to actively play StarCraft 2 where I was the top 10000 player )
