    It is absurd, which is why I laughed my ass off when multiple members of your crew were quoted saying it.

    I can buy that you had good intentions with SiJ, and when you started it, it wasn't supposed to go down like this. Problem is, you're too much of a crowd pleaser. I think what happened is people started to rag on sG, then you said some things that maybe you shouldn't have, somewhere Clay got involved and suddenly your members have a mob mentality. People started making stupid comments about attacking us, you have retards like kgame coming to recruit on our forums and Blackman, sakata, and Sandy doing their usual stupid shit... And everyone is thinking they're hot shit because they're sticking it to the man.

    I don't care about your clan. I don't care about your servers. But when someone threatens to try to damage something I have spent 5 years growing? You have my attention. I was surprised to hear you were in charge of this, given how much time you invested here too.

     

    I shouldn't be held responsible for the actions of others.

    I've in no way condoned or encouraged the behaviors of other people in this entire conflict. In reality, I've actually told them to cut the shit and that this whole debacle is immature.

     

    You and I both know that people will be dumbasses, I don't think anyone who "threatened" sG meant it maliciously. Hell, even BChaos was one of the suspects and she's put in her hours to this community, you and I can both agree to that.

     

    I've told multiple members on staff of my intentions on leaving months in advance, including you. I only stayed on for so long because Marvin and Mimic were kind of hesitant to see me go, but when I see that I don't have the care to do anything anymore, it's my time to leave and it's only fair. Whatever I do on the internet should honestly be none of sG's concerns (in honest reality, I never asked any of staff to help me with my servers - the two people I "supposedly" asked, I've talked to them months ago about it and it was just some funny idea and nothing serious, I could care less if they wanted to help or not), it's just quite unfortunate that some people have to act so immaturely on their behalf to the whole situation (threatening to DDoS).

     

    I have no intentions of destroying something I've put nearly 4 years of my life into building. Mimic of all people knows especially that I had backdoor accounts to nearly everything on sG's infrastructure and system. I've also taken the liberty to remove myself from nearly all of those backdoors (SSH keys still in the webserver and gameserver, root admin accounts on the fourms, game.me accounts, alternative sourceban accounts). If I truly wanted to be malicious, I could have been. My true intentions are just to retire from this community and maybe pop in every once in a while (like you and many other staff retirees).

     

    SiJ was a side project, it wasn't my main idea nor was I the main starter of it. A good friend just wanted me to have a part in it.

    As for my personal problems, so fucking what. That should honestly not be the center of the problem here. I've had shit done in the past, but do you think it's right to air it out in the lawn like this? Kind of seems really petty and I'm kind of sad, but then again I should stop caring so much.

     

    People really stop need to make so many random and hasty judgements when they are misinformed. and once again, I apologize for the DDoS threats.

    I've heard that Mitch is already telling his buttbuddies that I somehow "stopped him from carrying out good ideas for the clan."  If one of those "good ideas" was creating a Digest in late March, then it not getting posted until after Mitch left because he insisted on writing the intro and ending, I'm sorry for bumping that topic almost every day for the 3 weeks prior to you leaving staff to make sure it wasn't forgotten about.  And I guess I'm sorry that Jason wouldn't let you have full control over the Paypal and sG assets because he didn't feel comfortable having someone as unstable as you being the person in charge.  But got in your way?  Bitch please.

     

    I don't know where you're getting any of that from, but it's not true. I don't recall telling my buttbuddies anything you've mentioned, or even considering the PayPal at any time. I don't really care where you heard it from, but it's kind of false and absurd.

    As for the digest, we've already discussed what happened to it in the staff forum and that's where that topic dies. I have school priorities and asked another JCS to step up, but apparently none of them got the message so it sat there.

     

    I left for my own personal reasons and/or lack of interest. You can be intent on your explanation as to why I did what I did, but I know what's true.

    I mean no harm, and if I did, I would have done something about it already. I just find it kind of absurd that you would throw around stuff that isn't true, especially because I know it's not at all.

    ran into this on facebook earlier today, involving some high school in san diego. everyone involved in that video was told by the school administration that their actions lost them the right to attend prom and cross the stage for high school graduation.

    I think before you pick one, You should go on a tour of both school if you haven't yet and get a feel of the school. And I agree with what Mitch all said.

    We have a great Engineer school here where I live. MSOE.

    I have, facilities are I'd say neck and neck. As I said previously I prefer feel of school B.

    So it returns back to the choice of Social Life vs Multiple Co-op placements

    Your opportunity to have a good social life in college only comes once. You'll have decades afterwards to worry about a career. You're only going to be 18, 19, 20, 21, etc., one time and you might as well enjoy it because when you're older you won't have as much opportunity to do so.

    Honestly, worry about the internships, the co-ops and everything after you're halfway through college at least, your primary objective should be doing well and getting a good GPA/transcript first, then worrying about jobs afterwards.

    - tour UCLA/USC if that's your kind of thing

    - Clubs/Bars if that's your thing, real fun most of the time

    How sure are you in majoring in Engineering? Is it something you know you want to do or is it just something you think you'd like to do.

    If it's something you know you want to do, I'd go with University B. If you're unsure, University A is nice mainly only because of the co-op placements.

    I've made a similar decision a couple years ago and I've realized that a lot of college is about networking. (Might be less true for Engineers though). The social atmosphere is what's going to attach you to your campus, it'll allow you to get to know people, form study groups easier in class and it seems like you'd generally enjoy yourself there. There's no reason to give up all of that. You'll have decades of time to be able to work for companies when you're done with college, college/uni should be the time where you learn a lot about life and yourself in general, in addition to the knowledge you gain in lecture.
