i know i should of worded it better. After the car wash i noticed that the chrome brush bar had a brown tarnish on it.

the other day i got a free car wash from GP NISSAN so i did what any man would do i got my truck muddy to make it worth it. After afew days the Chrome Brush bar had a Brown tarnish in a few areas. Does anybody know what causes this or how to fix it?

Jarred i know your trying to save me some money by having me get a new car. But with in a year of owning that car i would have been cheaper to maintain and drive the Yukon. the roads around Grande Prairie (btw forums dont have french spellings XD) see over 75 big rigs a hour ( 100 in winter) and the roads get pounded to shit. For a example my aunt has a Lt cobalt and had to replace 3/4 of the suspension in 2 years. I have a Nice Little GMC Canyon for basic running around town. But its to light to go down the roads i need to go down for work (that's where i was for the last month or so). SO SHUT THE FUCK UP.

Any ways back to the Yukon. The main reasons in fixing this truck up is thats its fun and its gonna be a Remembrance for my dad (RIP). Ive decide to replace the worn 350 witha new 350. Mostly so i dont have to get a new tranny and 2nd stage shift kit. Right now im pricing out Steel Ram air hoods, New Fenders, and getting new mounting brackets for the running boards.
