Previous bug:

Mute takes a parameter right? Could we add logic to mute so that if you mute someone for 0 minutes at the end of the command it calls unmute automatically on the same target?

Others might not be?

I've brought this up before.

Possible alternatives:

• Block respawn on scroll buy, return 10k
• Block respawn on scroll buy, don't return 10k

One is obviously more fair to the player buying the scroll, but maybe ignoring the "respawn block" message should be punished?
