    How is it inaccurate? They are no different from any other bullet other than being bigger and packing a larger load- it's the length of the barrel that makes a gun accurate, the size of the bullet itself shouldn't play much of a role unless, aside from size, you're comparing two vastly different bullets and/or guns. Ammunition expense depends on where you look, and ammo capacity depends on the firearm.

    I'm talking about pistols that chamber .50, not the cartridge itself. I probably should have made that more clear.

    Anyways, I don't know gun laws in California very well, but I'd assume that shooting someone even to wound them would have legal consequence right?

    have you even shot a 9mm??? im not trying to kill someone im trying to stop them. a .45 will stop someone a .50 will stop someone but with the adrenaline going a 9mm will not. its simple as that.

    I bow to your grasp of the English language. It really shows how much you know about the appropriate use of firearms when you say that you're shooting to wound someone. If you feel that a situation requires that you shoot your attacker or an intruder (etc.) you shoot to kill.

    No it's not preference, a handgun chambered in .50 has no practical use. It's wildly innacurate, the capacity of the magazine is low, and ammunition is expensive. This chuckle fuck has no idea what he's talking about.
