I mean nothing will go wrong if he doesnt have all the same things as the other JCS. I mean he can do a shot at some ideas and shit and if its bad and shit and it doesnt change overall then hes not fit for that position but its a good way to see if people would fit it.

Too hard requirements will affect in a bad way so that people that want to get in the clan and turns out to have some kind of talent just didnt stay because it took too long to get in, but then the people who just want to be in the clan that played 1 minute on the server will easly get in now. I like this change better than it was before.
