Reason for addition/deletion: would love a halloween themed map on the server, it's also a decently big map with two easy access bombsites and plenty of places to sneak around to get to them.
There is also a open sky (possibly increase it to make it easier for flying races? didnt check how high you can go)
not sure about the spawn points, but if possible add some more?

Edit: Checked the spawn points in hammer, there are 24 on each team.
