Potential CS:GO skill based groups?

This could already exist, but I think it would be pretty cool to have certain groups of players with a skill level to join together and play/throw a comp. game together. This idea sparked from me playing constant solo ques and not being able to have fun with the game anymore. This could also bring the competitive gaming scene of SG together and expand the community even. Let me know your thoughts

First off, SG is steam gamers and they are super gay. 

Second off, if your silver-nova you can always play with me, i just tend not to try as hard most of the time when it comes to comp. I tend to play with @tazmanianxdude a lot, and a few other members as well, but taz is my go to lets fuck some shit up comp bitch.
